Große 3 BR / 3 BA umgebaute Küche und Master-Bad. Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon vom Esszimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer.

Das Essen kann ganz einfach sein. Gehen Sie einfach zum Sun Glow Pier. Es gibt viele lokale Restaurants ohne Kette, die das beste Essen zu vernünftigen Preisen anbieten.

Wenn Sie einen Tag lang viel Sonne und Strand hatten, ist Disney nur eine Stunde entfernt, St. Augustine ist gleich die Straße hoch und das Kennedy Space Center liegt südlich von Ihnen. Ein Boot und eine Angelrute zu mieten ist unsere Lieblingsbeschäftigung. Mach dir keine Sorgen, sie werden dir alles zeigen, was du wissen musst. Am besten ist es, wenn Sie schon einmal ein Boot gefahren sind. Wenn nicht, kann Ihnen bestimmt jemand helfen.

Viele Dinge zu tun, nachdem die Sonne untergegangen ist, Minigolf, Filme, Eis und Shopping. Es macht viel Spaß, zum Pier der Hauptstraße zu gehen, um die Band Shell zu sehen, und es gibt viel zu tun an einem Ort.

This is a beautiful and well-appointed condo. It is spacious and we love the first-floor location. The kitchen has everything you need and the open living area is quite roomy for all guests. The check in and check out instructions are clear and easy to implement.

Best ocean view and space for the price!

Our stay was perfect. The condo is huge, spotless, and has everything you need. The views are incredible. We enjoyed having our coffee on the patio. The direct access to pool and beach from the patio is very convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Our daughters kept commenting how they had never had king beds to themselves. The communication and info provided for check-in and check-out was very smooth and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation 2024

Our family has been coming to Daytona Shores for more than 25 years, and we love the Shores Club. We have rented from Terry and Cathy for the last three years. They are by far are the best hosts we have ever had. The property is wonderful. We have already made our reservations for next year!

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in Terry & Kathy's condo and we just love everything about it. The hosts are incredible nice and there immediately if needed. We LOVE this condo, we've stayed here before! Perfect set up for 5 ladies. The 1st floor corner unit is our favorite. It has everything you need. The kitchen is set up with a large island and seperate large table for eating and playing cards, dice, board games and puzzles. Great location near pool and beach. Will stay here again!

Wonderful condo

We just got home from another amazing week in daytona! This condo is just like a home away from home! Wonderful heated pool right in front of the ocean, nice grills to use for cooking, nice size bedrooms, and the views are breathtaking! The weather was amazing all week! This unit is so easily accessible as well! Even has basketball and tennis courts that you can see views of the river from! Can't wait to enjoy again!!

Absolutely Wonderful!

This property did not disappoint in any way. What you see is what you get and it is beautiful. Stayed with 2 friends for annual girl's vacation and we each had our own room and bathroom - all very comfortable and spacious. The decor is perfect for oceanside & sunshine. Stunning views from common area. Hosts could not be more accommodating and helpful. We are returning next year as we all loved it so much.

Beautiful condo

We had another great week in this spacious condo. We enjoy being on ground level which provides easy access from the parking lot and to the beach and pool. We also enjoyed having each bedroom have their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed as well as plenty of towels and beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The kids also enjoyed the basketball hoop and tennis court and grandma enjoyed the building library. Hosts are very welcoming. We would recommend this condo for a family vacation in Daytona beach area.

We'll Be Back!

We stay in this area often so we love the location of this condo. Place has everything you will need and a lot of extras not found in most condo rentals. It's rare we find comfortable beds but we found them here! Communication from Terry and Cathy was excellent and we were able to check in early which was nice after a very long drive. The condo is spacious and the ground floor is awesome unless you prefer dealing with elevators and carts. We will definitely stay here again!! Many Thanks!

Great Stay - Good Location - Fantastic View

The owners are very responsive to inquiries and are available if things come up. It was great to be on the first floor on the end which allows direct access to the pool area, no elevators staying in this unit. Overall the place is nice, and could be cleaner here and there (suggest updating the light switches to all white and matching plate covers, some look dingy) but place is well kept with lots of amenities. I would suggest some sharp knives (we bought a chopping knife that wasn’t serrated) and some updated smaller bowls and plates. I would stay here again.

Another great stay at 101 Shores Club

This is our third stay at Terry and Cathy's place in Daytona Beach Shores. As always, 101 Shores Club was clean and ready to check-in on time, and Terry responded immediately to two minor issues. This property is spacious, nicely decorated, and proximity to pool and beach is unmatched. If you have children in your group you'll also enjoy the NO DRIVE beach where you can just let the little ones run free and have fun. We had plenty of room for eight family members that stayed all week. But we had as many as 15 family members for evening meals. There was ample space for everyone to enjoy meals, not to mention plenty of prep space for meals. We look forward to returning next year for our annual beach week. Great oceanfront getaway

This was the perfect condo rental to meet our needs. Not only are there beautiful wall to wall views of the ocean, it is located on the first floor with your balcony exit to the pool and the beach. It is was so convenient for our walks on the beach. We travel with two small dogs, and I had avoided condo rentals because I didn’t want to have to enter into common areas or take elevators with the dogs. With this unit, there is a private entrance from the parking lot, and the dog walk area just around the corner. It couldn’t have been a better setup for us traveling with dogs. The unit is updated, very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. My husband and I prefer to cook while on vacation instead of going to restaurants, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Terry and Cathy were great to work with during the rental process and during the stay. I would give this unit more stars if available. Great place, great owners.
