A great choice! Right on the harbor close to many activities. Clean and well furnished with nice appointments. The balcony is delightful for morning coffee while looking out over the harbor. We used the available bikes for an afternoon ride. A large bedroom with a comfortable king bed. This is a second floor unit with elevator service. We will definitely consider this condo for a future visit. Getting the pass and navigating the Sea Pines area was very easy.

The location and view of Harbor was excellent. The bathroom had a problem with safety. The tub is slick and needs strips or a mat to prevent falls. There is a need for a grab bar on the wall for the tub. The mattress needs upgrading. The proximity of the elevator and laundry room was perfect.
