Family trip for volleyball tournament

The community is in a great spot, close to Publix, etc. The beds were comfortable. The couch and outdoor furniture were not. Even though they said there are no pool towels provided, there were four in the unit for use. The pool was nice but they don’t allow you to bring anything in & drinks are expensive.

Vista Cay Stay

We stayed at this condo in June 2024 for the AAU volleyball tournament at the Orange County convention center. The check in process was super easy and we arrived to find an EXTREMELY clean condo. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and we were very comfortable staying here. Beds were comfortable and the blackout curtains were amazing. The location was phenomenal and super convenient for the convention center. There are lots of dining options nearby and we felt very safe. It was really nice to have Publix right around the corner. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain during our stay, but we really enjoyed the one day we were able to spend at the pool. We definitely plan to stay here again next year.

Great stay!

Everything was super clean and had enough of what we needed. Check in and out was super easy. My only two negatives if they are at all. They don’t want AC below 70. At night that was not low enough. We were warm. Rooms could use a ceiling fan if holding to that 70 temp. Or maybe provide floor fans. We are in Florida heat. Also, after a long day at the parks, the couch was like sitting on a giant rock. But again, everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy. Very nicely decorated. Thank you!

Nice condo in a centralized location.

This condo was in a great location central to everything we wanted to do. We spend most of our days at Universal Studios. The drive to and from was about 10-12 minutes and we could avoid I4 which is always a good idea during busy times. We were about 40 minutes from Sanford airport. The condo was clean and spacious with a nice balcony. I was concerned there weren't enough towels, but we found some more in one of the bedroom closets. I would have loved some hand towels in the kitchen though. For our three night stay we had enough provided paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper and dish soap. More towels would have been required had we stayed longer. Check in and check out were a breeze. All in all 5 stars for this property!

We are a group of three who were attending a conference at the Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center. This property was a nicely walkable distance from the venue. There were also several dining options within walking distance, as well as a Publix grocery store, a liquor store and a Walgreen's. We used Uber to visit other places in Orlando, and it was easily accessible by our drivers. The condo is comfortable and has all the basic amenities. The beds are really comfortable. One thing that was appreciated was that the owners have obviously paid attention to the feedback from former guests because several of the previous comments (e.g., no pool towels) have been remedied. The pool area is clean, easy to access, and we were always able to find adequate seating in the pool deck. There is a space under construction that looks as if the pool size will be doubled! Communication was clear and instructions were easy to follow. Check in and check out were smooth. We arrived early and were able to check in three hours early, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist super, man kann alle Attraktionen sehr gut erreichen. Die Anlage ist gut organisiert und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut und bietet ausreichend Platz. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung und den Vermieter nur empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.
