We had an event at the Orange County Convention Center and stayed here since it was so close. The pool was closed last year but had reopened after renovation and was fantastic. The property was just as the pictures show. Lots of room. Beds firm but comfortable. Easy access to lots of things nearby. Check in and check out process very smooth and easy to complete.Would definitely stay here again if we have other events there.

We recently rented this condo while attending a tradeshow at the nearby Orange County Convention Center. The location was perfect. The home was very clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the pool in the evenings. Highly recommend!

The unit was large but pretty outdated. I had to wash some of the bedding as they had sand and hair in the sheets. Vista Cay is a very nice condo complex with a resort style pool and grounds. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hello We do apologize about the sheets. Our cleaning staff does wash all sheets with every clean, but had we known, we would have had the cleaning crew in again to rectify the situation. Not sure what was out dated, as we just replaced the couch in the living room. Please let us know what specifically was not pleasing to you so that we can make any necessary replacements. We do hope that you will give us a 2nd chance for a first impression

Great location for our conference at the occc. Plenty of room for our whole group. We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they took care of it right away. Only suggestion would be for black out curtains in the master bedroom. The current shades let in a bit of light. Would definitely stay thee again when in need of 4 bedrooms.

Great place to stay for business at the Orange County Convention Center. Comfortable, convenient, and check in was easy. There was a small issue was some small sugar ants around the sofa area, perhaps due to food spill from prior guests. But overall stay was wonderful. We'll be back!

Great stay, close to Universal. We enjoyed the stay at the property, it was a great size for our family to be able to spread out. Some construction being done at the clubhouse and pool so we weren’t able to enjoy those amenities but we were spending most of our time at universal. It would be nice to have more items for cooking meals but we were able to manage.

We were there for a volleyball tournament at OCCC. The listing was 100% as described. We were late getting to Orlando and getting into the unit was a breeze. It was a perfect location for us and we were able to walk to the convention center in less than 15 minutes. Will definitely try to stay here again next time as it couldn’t have been any better for why we were in Orlando.

We do apologize for the ants, unfortunately, during rainy season they do 'appear' and we do have Orkin treat the condo every month, 12 months a year. Had we known we would have had them come retreat the condo. We have not had an issue with the light coming into the room and we will definitely look into that issue asap. Thank you for bringing that concern to our attention. We happy that you did find the condo comfortable and spacious for your party and that you will return for another stay the next time you are in Orlando

Nicely redecorated & roomy...but master shower needs work

Very nice visit. Condo was recently redecorated. Nice laminate floor throughout. Great pool about a quarter mile away. Down side...master shower had almost no pressure...barely usable. Living room sectional...way past its prime. Kitchen supplies in need of help...fluted champagne glasses but no wine glasses. Three small mismatched drinking glasses only. Monster knife and one smaller...that also needs attention. Doesn't seem like the fixes would take much...and yet, the fixes would make a huge difference. Oh, and the clean up crew really should clean the glass table on the patio...it was quite dirty but I cleaned it myself.

Put in different condo

Please know, if you are looking at this condo listed as 4 BR, that is not true. As explained by Denise with this condo association, they do not come with 4 BR. Please be aware, this is not the condo we stayed in. I was told that they “really don’t care” which condo you stay in. It’s whats available at the time. I booked this property 11 months prior, and yet it was not available. The condo we did go in, was very nice. Clean, Large enough space, and a better view. The condos come with nothing, make sure you pack everything! From dish soap and sponge, to trash bags and salt and pepper. The only issues we had (besides the multiple emails and phone calls about the property) was no hot water in master tub, blow dryer in one bathroom didn’t work, and huge ants on the porch. This area is close to parks, good for large family vaca. There is no guarantee which condo you will get. Denise in the main office was extremely helpful explaining everything. Not the greatest experience, because of the disorganization, nonetheless served the purpose.

First we do apologize that due to circumstances beyond our control we did have to ask you to chose another property. We NEVER at any time said 'really don't care' We do care about all of our guests as we do want our guests to return the next time they come to Orlando, and we do hope that you will as well. We did explain that unlike a 'hotel' which has many of the same rooms, all decorated the same, you are renting ONE specific property. We do keep our guests in the same property they rented. On a rare occasion, we do run into issues that would prevent us from allowing guests to stay at that property, (A/C, appliance breakdown, etc) We do our best to rectify these asap, but as they do require outside assistance with vendors and their schedules, we would rather move a guest. You did recieve a property that was 'upgraded' and had a view of the water from the balcony, rather than the parking lot. As for food issues, we do state that several times that due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the safety of any items left in the property, we do not provide any. We do provide a starter pack of toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, liquid soap, laundry detergent, small hotel like soaps, shampoos. We do state this several times during the reservation process. I do hope that you will consider returning on your next trip to Orlando.

Convenient for a Convention!

I stayed at this property with three of my coworkers while attending a conference at the Orange Country Convention Center. This property was perfect for the four of us! We each had our own very comfortable bedroom, and the cost was equivalent to two hotel rooms, but we had much more space. This unit is a reasonable walk to the convention center, although the convention center is huge with four major sections. The unit is closest to the South Concourse, and we were going to the West Concourse. We would either walk through the South Concourse and then use the walkways to the West Concourse, or we would take a ride-share when it was too hot or we were too tired. There is a very nice pool in the resort that we had access to, and one of my colleagues enjoyed a relaxing afternoon there after deciding that her brain was too full to handle any more information for the day. She declared that the pool was the perfect temperature, and she was able to rejoin the conference bright and early the next day feeling refreshed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a four day stay, and there was a Publix grocery store nearby. We walked to the Publix a few times using a really nice path that runs along the backside of the resort. We all agreed that staying at this property in the Vista Cay resort made a long work event feel like a mini-vacation.
