Laura, Thank you for your feedback! The back balcony that overlooks the pool is narrow and did not have any furniture to overcrowd the area, however we will provide the suggestion to the owner. Hopefully you were able to enjoy the furniture and larger balcony overlooking Freeman Park and the beach!

We take concerns about the railings and deck sturdiness seriously and will have maintenance inspect and address any repairs needed. Renee, We apologize if you felt the cleanliness was less than stellar. Please note that we do have staff available 24/7 to assist with any issues that arise. Had we known that you weren't satisfied with the cleaning, we would have been happy to re-send a cleaner to the property.

Jeni, Thank you for your feedback. It is indicated in the rental agreement you signed that towels would be provided according to the occupancy of the property, therefore it the property accommodates 4 guests, then four towel sets would be provided. The washer/ dryer was not an amenity listed as there were issues with the hot water heater lines that need a larger fix to accommodate both lines to the hot water heater and the washing machine. The closet with these items has now been locked to prevent any further confusion. In an email correspondence after booking, you were sent a link to "what to bring" on your vacation that stated the items provided and the items needed. In this document, it states that 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel roll, 1 dish washer pod, 1 trash bag, etc. are provided and you are to provide the amenities above and beyond this. We apologize if there was any confusion while reading over these documents. We hope you were able to enjoy the gorgeous views from this property.
