Lovely Stay at the Namaste Property

Very central on the Cape, walking distance to Tapon Point Marina with several restaurants Lovely house - sit in the pool and enjoy the sunset😍 We had issues but the communication with Dale, the owner, was great and he resolved many for us, including kindly looking for lost items after we left Would definitely stay there again

Spacious, comfortable, beautiful pool and canal areas! Everything you need and then some. Owner and property manager were both helpful and easy to reach, though we didn’t need anything beyond checkin. Will definitely keep on our list for future visits. Thank you!

Excellent property and team

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is amazing! My family brought our boat and spent the evenings poolside. One of my daughters left a sweater there and Dale happily mailed it to us! We would highly recommend! It’s a beautiful property, great location and even better owners/ managers!

We had a great stay at "sunset over the canal", had a nice visit with our grandchildren, they loved the pool. Pappy caught some fish, had everything we needed, and a beautiful home. couldn't be happier!

Bob and his family were extremely understanding. We had a plumbing issue than many others would have been unhappy about. Definitely welcomed back any time.

Lovely pool home in the Pelican area on canal

This pool home has a great view of the canal with boats coming and going everyday. We spent most of our time on the lanai and in the heated pool. Spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. Great location close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. We had a few problems with our stay but Dale (owner) and property manager responded in a timely manner. Frank & Patty Coates

Great location and comfortable home

Overall good experience. This was our first time staying in Cape Coral as we normally stay in our timeshare condo on the north end of FMB. The home was very comfortable and well equipped to accommodate up to 6. The pool and lanai area is fantastic. The home is large enough that we were able to invite many of our friends from the area over for a seafood feast. We had 16 people for that dinner and did not feel cramped in the least. There was an issue with the cleaning person as they completely skipped over the Master bathroom and changing the bed sheets in all bedrooms. Dale was extremely apologetic about the situation and refunded us a portion of the cleaning fee to make up for the hour my wife and I spent taking care of this issue upon arriving. Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again.

We hit the jackpot with this home!

My husband & I vacationed in this home for 2 weeks, celebrating our anniversary. The house is in a fantastic location. Easy, straight access over to Fort Myers. When we drove up, saw the neighborhood & opened the door, we knew this was an incredible property. The view out thru the lanai to the pool and canal are breathtaking! Love the quiet neighborhood. (No crazy traffic lol!) Amazing kitchen, large and comfortable family room at back of house, spacious master suite w/king bed. Loved looking at all the artwork throughout the house. We swam in the pool nearly every day!! The surrounding landscape is lush and green and private. I even took a photo of a Dendrobium orchid, attached to a tree in the back, which was blooming!! Walked the surrounding neighborhoods one evening. The owner, Dale, was very responsive to communication. There is a joy in having no schedules and doing nothing but relax for two weeks and we definitely felt blessed to have been able to rent this home!! God bless!!

his is a great vacation home! Excellent Experience!

The house is so spacious. The front door opens to a large foyer connected to living room #1 with sliding glass doors to the pool. Off the foyer are glass doors to the private dining area & the entrance to the master bedroom. The master bathroom is larger than the bedroom. It has an open shower area, garden tub and huge walk-in closet. Traveling through the rest of the house, you will find a mudroom & laundry room. The enormous, fully loaded kitchen. The owner welcome guests to leave their leftover goods. We appreciated being able to find things we forgot, like cooking oil and Band-Aids. Guest can enjoy dining at the table located in a bay window overlooking the pool and canal. There is also extra seating on several bar stools around counter. Another door off the kitchen leads to the linen closet, second bathroom, and two bedrooms with walk-in closets. The open kitchen is connected to the large, second living room featuring two couches, love seat and recliner for plenty of seating. The pool is beautiful and heated! There is a nice size table for dining outside, a cozy sitting area, grill, television and so so many pool inflatables. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and extra linens for every room. There is nothing to improve upon in this GEM! I highly recommend this home for your next vacation! Thanks for a great stay!!

Sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit Pool

Die Bilder stellen die Größe des Hauses nicht richtig da.Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und möbliert.Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Dale. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser in Florida gemietet, dies ist mit unter meinen Top 3.Ich kann mir vorstellen noch einmal bei Dale zu mieten.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus

Wir haben in diesem schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus tolle Tage verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend und es war alles da was man braucht. Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl. Die Kommunikation mit Mary und Dale war freundlich und umfassend. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Anniversary Trip

Spacious house in Cape Coral, FL

Overall, the house was comfortable and pleasant. The location/neighborhood was lovely. The owner was super nice and helpful. He was very easy to work with. There were a couple of things renters should be aware of. Lighting in the kitchen area is very dim and the tv situation is difficult in the living room. Directions are confusing and there is access to very few channels. We contacted the property manager several times and found him slow to get back to us and not particularly helpful. On a good note, there was very little we needed to contact him for. I would not hesitate to rent this property again. The neighbors were very friendly, which isn’t always the case with rental properties.

Beautiful home and we had a wonderful time. The owner should be more specific to locate lock box. A few minor problems but not worth complaining about. Over all great house and the pool is wonderful. We would rent again in a heart beat. Thanks to owner Dale and managers Gil who replaced master bedroom TV.

GREAT vacation home!!

This house is fantastic. Very clean, notes left with instructions for tv etc. Pool was AWESOME... we never had to contact host while there with any problems. Everything was 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍
