Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Beverly! We are pleased to hear that you found the property beautiful and enjoyed the amenities during your stay at Blue Sky Villas. We are very sorry to learn of your experience with a member of the third party security staff. Please note that this security team is managed directly by the resort's management, whereas our responsibility is limited specifically to the unit you reserved. However, we want to emphasize that such an interaction does not reflect the standard of hospitality we strive for, nor is it representative of the feedback we typically receive from our guests. We will formally report this matter to the resort's management, as guest comfort and a welcoming arrival experience remain a top priority for us. We are pleased that the remainder of your stay met your expectations, and we sincerely hope to welcome you back for a seamless experience in the future!
