Welcome to the Tampa Bay Oasis!!! This beautifully decorate pool house is prepared with all the necessary essentials to make you feel at home. The home features a private lush backyard with a solar heated pool, outdoor dining area, large driveway and 2-car garage.
Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart 4k TV, dining room with a dining table, breakfast bar, kitchen island, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the washing room. The house is family-friendly with complimentary Pack and Play and baby booster seat.

Solar heated pools might have uncomfortably cold water when cold/cooler weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures. Use of pool is at your own risk. This is mainly in reference to our possibly cooler weather months, which can be anytime, but especially between October - April, we cannot guarantee any kind of warm water. When temperatures drop into the 60's or lower at night, it will be difficult for the solar heating to work efficiently and warm up the water enough during sun hours. If you have any questions or concerns regarding how a solar heated pool works, please reach out before booking and we can clarify more for you.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods

In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances!
