🌺 Primary Bedroom: Escape to Paradise Palms, your tranquil retreat in Florida. Indulge in the cozy bedroom, which boasts a comfortable king-sized bed for a rejuvenating night’s sleep. The room also features generous closet space, a dresser, two nightstands, a blackout shade, and a TV. Additionally, you'll find an en suite bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower, along with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.



🐢 Queen & Bunk Bed Rooms: The first bedroom boasts a cozy queen-size bed, nightstands, a generous closet, and a soothing beach-inspired atmosphere—ideal for unwinding after a sun-filled day. The second bedroom includes bunk beds (with full and twin mattresses), a dresser, and a roomy closet, creating the perfect environment for children. Both rooms have blackout shades.

Nestled between Tampa and Clearwater, Largo offers a perfect blend of charm, nature, and convenience. Explore lush parks, local eateries, and vibrant cultural spots. Just minutes from world-renowned beaches like Clearwater and Indian Rocks, it’s the ideal vacation rental base for sun-soaked adventures, family fun, and unforgettable sunsets.

- Please note that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM! ✌🏽 If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low.



Getting Around:

- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.

- Two designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay. Additional parking is available on the street, but please be considerate of our neighbors. A total of three vehicles can be parked while renting. 🚗

- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant free public parking.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.



- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.



Other Things to Note:

→ 💦 HEATED POOL AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA DAILY FEE: For added comfort, the pool can be heated upon request, allowing you to enjoy the water at a comfortable temperature (typically around 85°F) regardless of the season.



A modest daily fee applies:

- $25 per day for stays under 7 nights

- $20 per day for stays of 7 nights or longer

- If the pool heating fee is not paid within 24 hours of check-in, the pool heater will be switched off.



During spring and summer, the pool is often naturally warmed by the sun, and most guests find heating unnecessary. In cooler months, heating can be added to enhance your swimming experience.



Please note outdoor conditions influence that pool temperature. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 60°F; during colder weather or occasional cold fronts, the pool may take longer to reach or maintain the desired temperature, and it may not suit all preferences.



→ No need to worry about packing or renting beach supplies! We supply our guests with towels, four beach chairs, a cooler, & an umbrella. ⛱️



→ Supplies: Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.



→ ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



→ We provide a pack-n-play for your convenience at our property. 🚼



→ We welcome pets in the home but ask all guests to adhere to a few guidelines. Before you book a stay, please review our pet policy.



→ Swimming and pool usage carry inherent risks, and by using the pool, you waive any liability. Following the pool rules outlined in our "Welcome" binder & "House Rules" ensures everyone's safety. Children must always be supervised when outside.



Interaction with Guests:

Typically, we do not interact with the guests unless we are needed. In which case we’ll be glad to help.
