Such a lovely and cozy home! The hosts makes you feel like you're family from the moment you walk in; great snacks right when you walk in! Beautifully decorated with themed bear decor, plenty of sleeping space, tons of toys available for little ones and video games for the teens/adults 🥰. Fully stocked with kitchen plates, pots and pans, utensils you name it. Easy to get in touch with host and they make it even easier as you leave without worrying about anything! If you love NH this is a MUST STAY place!!!!

September Family Getaway

My family and I stayed at this wonderful place for 3 nights to explore the North Conway area. It was quiet, cozy, and plenty of room for 6 adults. Plenty of amenities, close to hikes, and beautiful natural wonders, convenient distance to quaint downtown North Conway, shopping, Market Basket, etc. We will be back for sure!

Great house and location

Our family (2 adults 4 kids) stayed at this great house for 4 nights to ski at Cranmore. It was easy to spread out on the 4 floors and kids had a great time with the games. Location is close to everything and owner was super responsive to questions.

We have been going to North Conway for the past 15 years and this has been one of the better properties we have rented House is spacious and perfect for a large family to spread out . Location could not be better !! Highly Recommended!!

Yearly North Conway Trip

The condo was very clean, four floors basically, we love the location - rustic setting but minutes to eat, shops, and town. It is decorated nicely with the bear theme for NH. We really enjoy Cathedral Ledge around the corner and the trail at Echo Lake.

Kids-friendly stay

Our stay was comfortable, plenty of amenities provided for family stay. Owner was very helpful and courteous. 4 yr old had a fun playing around with all the toys and games. It was close to the main street yet it was quiet and privy. All the big resto were at 10 min drive.

Highly recommended!!

Was celebrating with family our Christmas get together. Was great to have everybody together. It was an awesome time and all the amenities of home. The kids had a blast not to mention the toys kept them very entertained. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The owners communication was outstanding on any questions we had.

Family vacation

The townhouse was exactly how it was listed. We were very surprised how kid friendly it was. When we went into the basement & saw all the toys - the boys were so excited to have so much to play with (4& 2years old) we did not want or need for anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Great multi family home!

We comfortably fit 7 family members for what was an amazing weekend! Location is ideal being so close to town and surrounding ski mountains. Easy check in, clean, and as described. The basement was great for kids. Even though we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, there was no need with all the games and fooseball. A true relief! Would definitely recommend and could see us staying again!

Great Stay for a family if 5

Our family of 5 really loved the house. It was easy to rent, had all the "stuff" like toiletries, paper products, soaps, detergent, etc you'd have at your own home. Required nothing before you leave so it was an easy as a hotel but tons of space for even two families at a time. Kids loved the games and the location was perfect for our winter trip. We drove up in a storm and it was plowed and salted for us. It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. We would stay again and would love to take advantage of all the summer activities next.

NoRoth Conway Reunion

Three years ago we had brought five of our granddaughters to North Conway for some family fun. This time was a repeat of our memory making with our girls. This location was great, quiet and peaceful. Yet, we were close enough to enjoy all the activities that North Conway has to offer. The condo was clean and well supplied with all the things to help make our trip enjoyable. Usually, the check-out process has left us wondering why we have to pay a cleaning fee. This time the check-out process was easy. It was refreshing that Kurt knew that the renters are here for fun, and that the check-out process is not suppose to be laborious. Thank you Kurt. We highly recommend this rental property.

Hiking with friends and family

We couldn't be more happy with the house and the hospitality of the hosts. Everything was perfect, the house was clean and cosy, well laid out and enough space for our large(ish) group. It was well equipped from everything you might need in the kitchen to board games and toys, which were much enjoyed by the children. With 10 people in the house we could all enjoy some privacy as the house offers a very comfortable loft space and a functional games room in addition to 3 well planned bedrooms, but still enjoy our time together during meal times and for an evening glass of wine. The host, Kurt, couldn't be more accommodating with my many questions and requests to include an early check in and an offer of an additional free night, which sadly we couldn't use. The house is located in the woods so there isn't a garden space as such, but there is a functional terrace with a BBQ and a table. The location of the property is also convenient for lots of local hikes. I couldn't recommend this property and the hosts (!) any more.... 10 out of 10! Thanks, we had a great time!

When can we come back!?

Really, when can we come back!? The property was perfect for our three night getaway. We were a group of two adults and three adult children, so the amount of space was amazing for our group! It is multi level, so a few sets of stairs, but to have a downstairs "play" area and main floor living space was perfect for young adults and older adults! Though we brought a few of our favorites, a downstairs cabinet was FULL of a great variety of board games. Washer and dryer also available down there. Due to food allergies we planned to have all meals in the home and found the kitchen fully stocked with eating/drinking/cooking needs. The dining table offered plenty of space and there's even a bar for eating/extra seating. Three bedrooms, one on the main floor, two on the second floor and then the loft above. Gotta admit, we were all smitten with the loft. Home is a townhouse so there is another unit next door, though no one was there during our stay. Although it wasn't too far from the main road, we felt pretty secluded surrounded by trees. It was very quiet and peaceful. Location was perfect, not far from the sites where we wanted to be, Atitash, North Conway, Cathedral Ledge. We even enjoyed a nostalgic drive-by to Story Land, and by the way, loved reading the book they had on hand about story land. One of us is super sensitive to chemicals and smells so it was very reassuring that there were no chemical/cleaner smells, no mustiness, etc. Plenty of blanket/towels/pillows etc. Oh, and the towels were wonderfully plush. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we didn't really want to leave!

Well appointed, super comfortable!

Great spot in Conway. Quiet, well equipped, roomy, clean, comfortable, and fantastic communication from the owners. A must stay in Conway!
