This welcoming New Hampshire home features spacious living rooms both upstairs and down stairs to include tv's with cable/DVD, stereo system, and many board games. Large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. One king size master bedroom, two queen size bedrooms; as well as a bedroom equipped to sleep a family of four which includes a queen size bed with two twin beds built into the wall above. Laundry room with washer and dryer off master bedroom. Hair dryers, iron and ironing board provided. Over extended deck for entertaining. Fire Pit. Beach/Lake access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc.... Small dogs considered upon approval from owner. Free Wi-Fi Please note linens and towels are not provided. As always, the home was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed. We were a group of 7 ladies on our annual shopping trip. Although it seems each year we spend less time shopping and more time relaxing. There is plenty of room and we were all very comfortable. We plan to be back again next year!

The property was clean, spacious and in a great location. We didn't know the fireplace didn't work until the week before and every time we rent when we go to the mountains we opt for places with this option. The only other issue was the cameras, they were not disclosed and one was hidden inside a birdhouse pointing into the living room. Maybe it was fake but who knows. We understand the need for cameras but this made us uncomfortable. We would have said something sooner but at that point where would we go?

2 Family ski trip

Home was absolutely perfect for 2 families. One family essentially had the upstairs main living floor fitting 5. The other family of 4 had the downstairs bedrooms. Each family also had their own bathroom. The home was a central spot between King Pine Ski resort and North Conway which were our most interests for the weekend. 14 mins to King Pine and 16mins to the start of the main strip in North Conway. The bunkbeds in a main living bedroom were absolutely cool! 10/10 for the kids. Beautiful decor throughout the home gave you that Up North Feel.

Absolutely beautiful home !!

Very easy to check-in/check-out. This house is Amazing !! The views alone from the great room with the large windows were breathtaking as the snow continued to fall ! We all enjoyed sitting in this room in the evening and watching movies . Beautifully played out and very nicely stocked. Owners were super accommodating!! GREAT PLACE !

Perfect!

Perfect place for our annual “Ladies Get-a-Way” shopping trip. Our 4th year staying here. Each year we do less shopping and more relaxing. The home is so welcoming - beautiful decor, plenty of space, everything you need in the kitchen and nice quiet location. Watching the sunrise here is awesome! We plan to come back again next year!!

Home Away from Home!

Beautiful home! Rocco and Jenn are the best hosts! Loved the decor and cleanliness of the home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. Could go on and on about this beautiful home. What an amazing vacation experience! Absolutely gorgeous home with literally EVERYTHING you could possibly need!!! Great spot

Came up for a ski weekend with family and it was the perfect location. Attitash was only 15 minutes away and we had 2 blue bird days of skiing! The house was exactly as described and Rocco and Jenn were super responsive. Will definitely l rent again in the future and much thanks to them for opening up their home to us!

We purchased this particular home due to its peaceful, woodsy location. We liked that it is far enough away to relax yet close enough to the lakes, mountains, recreation and shopping areas.

We fell in love with this home's large window views to watch the snow fall in the winter, the trees bud in the spring and the leaves turn beautiful colors in the fall. The decks are accommodating to an early morning wake up or night time star gazing off the master bedroom, lounging in the sun throughout the day off the mid section to a great family dinner off the kitchen watching the sunset.
