Whether you`re visiting for a snowy ski getaway, a vibrant fall foliage tour, a summer hiking adventure, or a springtime escape, you`ll find comfort and inspiration here. Just 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Resort and close to downtown`s shops, restaurants, and attractions, the location is perfect for exploring everything the White Mountains have to offer.

DESCRIPTION:
This 3-level townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a cozy little retreat for your group to enjoy the white mountain area. We have sleeping arrangements for 8 guests.
Main Level: The main level features an open-concept kitchen and living area with soaring vaulted ceilings and gorgeous wagon wheel chandelier. The living room boasts a wood-accented gas fireplace, creating a perfect spot to relax after a day on the slopes. This level also includes a bedroom (queen) and bathroom, along with a cozy coffee bar stocked with local brews for your enjoyment.
Upper Level: The entire upper level is a large primary bedroom (king) suite with a bathroom, a standing shower and a separate soaking tub for apres-ski relaxation.
Lower Level: It includes bunk beds (twin over twin) and a full sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space. This area can also serve as a second living room, perfect for playing games or watching TV.
Amenities includes fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, smart TV (in the living room and all bedrooms), central heating, split ACs in all rooms and an exclusive access to the community`s tennis court and playground.
DINING AREA + GAME SPACE:
We have a lovely dining nook (seats 8) where you can enjoy a relaxed meal or enjoy board games with your family and friends. The nook includes billiards, table tennis, and a dining table with dual storage bench seating (all in one). Challenge your companions to various games for a laid-back evening indoors.
PARKING:
House comes with 2 car dedicated parking spots (right outside the house)
KITCHEN + COFFEE BAR
When it`s time to refuel, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and snacks. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table. Our coffee station provides a variety of local brews and teas.
OUTDOOR: Step right outside from the main living area to a charming porch, perfect for summer dining or enjoying a BBQ grill session.
Please note: A $1,000 refundable deposit will be charged to your credit card to cover any potential damages

ADDITIONAL:
We do have video surveillance of the front door, parking and backyard which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
PETS:
- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.
- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.
- â No unattended pets
- No pets on furniture (sofas, beds, etc).
- â Clean up after them inside and outside
- Prevent excessive barking or noise.
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!
SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.
The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.
