Step into this bright, blissful, and modern beach retreat in Pacific Beach! Cozy Cove by the Beach is a third-floor oceanfront condo in the Ocean Point Vacation Rentals complex, offering stunning boardwalk and ocean views, minimalist decor, and an open living space designed for relaxation and fun. Perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking a peaceful seaside getaway.

The open living area features a sofa that pulls out into a queen-size bed. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom offer cable and streaming access (guest credentials required). Games are provided in the foyer sideboard for cozy game nights.

Kitchen & Dining:
Fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel LG appliances, including refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, electric stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, utensils, and ample pantry and cupboard space. Dining table seats 5 (6 if using desk chair), perfect for meals with family or friends while watching sunrise surfers just outside the windows.

Workspace:
Adjacent to the kitchen, a convenient work area with fast, private Wi-Fi allows you to work or study while listening to the ocean waves.

Master Bedroom:
King bed, smart TV, in-suite bathroom, ocean views, large closets with portable fans, hangers, 2 laundry hampers, shelving, and additional storage. The master bathroom features a dual vanity, tub/shower combo with hand-held showerhead, ample storage, dimmable lighting, and extra linens.

Guest Bedroom:
Two twin beds, bright and playful decor, large mirrored closet, dresser, and shelving. Beach gear, cleaning supplies, and baby equipment (available for rent) are stored here.

Guest Bathroom:
Separate full bathroom with walk-in shower (step-in required), hand-held showerhead, spacious vanity, cupboard and drawer storage, and dimmable lighting.

Beach & Outdoor Gear:
Beach chairs, sand toys, towels, blankets, boogie boards, and a bike are provided in the guest bedroom closet.
Guests have access to the community pool and hot tub, BBQ, and area with lounge chairs.

Our interaction with guests by phone, email, and text are in an effort to ensure that our guests are in the know, feel prepared, and completely at ease while staying with us. We are available 7 days a week from 10a-6pm PST, and after hours in case of emergency!

Arrival & Departure
* Check-in: 3 pm (4 pm Memorial Day–Labor Day)
* Check-out: 11 am

Check-in instructions are emailed after rental agreement completion and identity verification. Signage throughout the home helps guide use of amenities, and we are available after hours for emergencies.

Minimum Stay Policies
* HOA requirement of 6 nights or more
* Peak Summer (June–Aug)

Holidays + Summer:

6-night minimum. There are no arrivals on Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.

Policies
* Pets: not permitted
* Rates fluctuate daily
* Noise-sensitive residential neighborhood: no loud music, parties, or outdoor noise after 9 pm
* Primary renter must be 25+
* Non-smoking property
* Furniture/decor may differ slightly from photos (no refunds for minor changes)

After Booking
Guests must complete a rental agreement and participate in identity verification through our software, Boom, to access their guest portal. All property details and check-in instructions will be included in the portal.

We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you're planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
