Direct west end location in building not on the loud north side. Located in a secure building with designated parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and boardwalk. Wonderful place for families to relax and enjoy the beach in the winter and summer. Common area hot tub and beautiful sunset and pier view lounge area.

Great apartment, good location, noises

If I could give this place a 4.5 stars I would. Absolutely loved the apartment and location. Apartment was very clean. Communication was good with Chris. Check in was a little struggle, but nothing adults could not overcome. However anyone looking to go and just listen to the ocean or have the windows open at night will not be happy. The apartment has an awesome view and has been remodeled very well. The beds were very comfy and it had all the amenities one could need. The location is so close to many restaurants and great for just walking the beach.The only problem is that where the apartment is located, it is close to bars, other restaurants, and the beach. Every night we heard some sort of noise at various hours causing us to wake up several times. From partygoers yelling, homeless people banging sticks on the palm trees, loud sea birds perched on the roof, or a city dump truck going BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, in 10 second intervals on the beach putting the lifeguard towers in place. This apartment had it all.I totally would stay there again but would go with eyes wide open knowing I would have to keep the windows closed at night and even then won't block out many of the noises we heard completely. Either that or sleep in the spare bedroom where our friends did and never heard a peep...

Wonderful location!

The condo was a perfect location for coming back and forth from the beach. Sunset views from the balcony, right on the. Boardwalk, and comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Grandparents visit to SDSU

Perfect location for relaxing getaway

Great Place and Great time!

Was out here for a USMC boot camp graduation. I usually stay at the Motel to the south of here. (Old blue sea lodge)...However, they have sold and basically double their rates. Was great having the two bedrooms and all the extra room! The only problem we had was the confusion on checking in.. There is a entrance on the North side and one on the south side. Once we found the room after going in on the North side, got the remote and parked the car from the south side. Had some problems with the remotes for the TVs. You might want to change the batteries in them??? I will stay here again!!

Beautiful place

Well furnished modern condominium. Wonderful view of the ocean and sound of the waves. Can be noisy at night on weekends due to the bar scene around it. But that also makes it a very fun place if you enjoy that type of entertainment. Many restaurants available and many places to walk. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was one of the nicest places I have stayed at in Pacific Beach. The building itself is a little dated, but the condo itself was completely modern, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a mattress topper, I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. It was nice falling asleep to the sound of the ocean Everything was perfect!

As described and even better

Great modern condo. Everything was spotless. Beds were outstanding. Everything was comfortable and kitchen has everything you would need. Location is perfect for PB. If I could suggest anything to change, would be to put bar height chairs on the balcony. The regular height chairs put the railing right at your sight line, which takes away from the experience and taking it all in. Loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice time at PB…

The condo was excellent and we all enjoyed our time. The 4-star rating on “check in” process is due to, IMO; some added details as to where to park while checking in to considering to tell the guest the name of the condo (more detailed information). Thanks, we had a very enjoyable time in PB and will definitely rent this condo again when we’re in PB!!

Great time in Pacific Beach

We had a wonderful stay in this terrifically located condominium. The master and the living/kitchen have beautiful ocean views and small decks overlooking the Ocean Front Walk and the Pacific Ocean -- right near the pier. The second bedroom has its own bathroom and is well-equipped. It is such a central location, about a block or two from a big market and restaurants galore of every price range. We took daily trips to different beaches and at the end of the day, we were so happy to have a designated parking spot in a secure garage in the building. Honestly, if you are looking to be in the middle of the action with great access to markets, stores, and restaurants, this is the place!

Loved the property and the manager was super helpful. There is ACCESS to a washer and dryer at the end of the hall by the elevator, not one in the unit. That was disappointing but this unit was awesome!

Awesome!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Pacific Beach! The apartment was clean and we loved going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. The views are actually even better than what is shown on the website. Both sliding doors face directly west with great views of the beach and pier. It is in the heart of PB, which is awesome for food, drinks, and people watching. Be aware that means that there could be some nights, especially on weekends, where you might hear some folks outside enjoying the beach and boardwalk, but nothing some earplugs couldn’t cure. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

First time non-hotel stay - a “10l

Well, any future stays at other locations will be hard to beat this property! Granted, not cheap, but this very nice condo overlooks the Pacific, just south of Crystal Pier. Our host, Chris, made check in and getting settled a breeze. Well appointed with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Expect the neighborhood to be populated with the “normal” beach crowd - lifeguard and police patrols occur regularly. Plenty of food and drink options a short walk away - suggest World Famous and Union Tap and Pub. About a mile away, the best fish tacos I’ve ever had had the Fish Shop. We are in our 70’s so not sure how often we can return - but if you want a comfortable and well-appointed condo, look at this one.

My family has owned condos in this building since it was built in 1974. I was born and raised in San Diego. My parents used to do vacation rentals in the 1970's and 1980's, and then lease the condos long term. We recently decided to start doing the vacation rentals again.

This unit is much larger than the other, almost 1200 sq. ft, vaulted ceiling, top floor and direct ocean front in the heart of Pacific beach. Completely renovated, it has new kitchen appliances, new leather couches, chairs and 3 large flat screen smart tv's.
