Die Wohnung von Crystal befindet sich im Oceanfront Complex "SEE THE SEA" direkt an der Promenade. Es gibt nichts zwischen diesem Gebäude und dem Ozean außer der berühmten Strandpromenade von Pacific Beach / Mission Beach und dem weißen Sandstrand. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für einen Spaziergang entlang des Ozeans oder eine Fahrt mit einem unserer mitgelieferten Strandkreuzerfahrräder.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Pacific Beach am Crystal Pier und ist von einer Vielzahl von Restaurants umgeben, in denen fast jede ethnische Wahl getroffen werden kann. Es gibt viele Geschäfte, Kaffeehäuser, Vintage-Bekleidungsgeschäfte und den Belmont Park in Mission Beach und den Farmer's Market am Samstagmorgen. Plus - Spaß Nachtleben ist überall um Sie herum. SeaWorld ist nur 3,2 km entfernt, die Altstadt ca. 5 km und das GasLamp-Viertel in der Innenstadt, Embarcadero mit seinen schwimmenden Museen und SeaPort Village nur ca. 13 km. Das gehobene Dorf La Jolla bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie schöne Spaziergänge entlang der Klippen. Die Lage ist perfekt, um den Strand und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Vergnügungsparks, die San Diego zu bieten hat, zu genießen!

Entspannen Sie sich in der Ferienwohnung in den Loungesesseln im Gemeinschaftsbereich, die sich hinter einer Glaswand befinden, die den Wind vom Meer abhält und eine Privatsphäre-Barriere bietet, während Sie trotzdem den Anblick und die Geräusche der Wellen genießen können. Nach einem langen Sightseeing-Tag können Sie sich im Whirlpool entspannen. Diese Wohnung im ersten Stock befindet sich direkt über dem bewachten Parkhaus. Es gibt einen Aufzug für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Die teilweise rollstuhlfreundliche Wohnung wurde im Juni 2010 teilweise mit einer komplett neuen Küche, Granitoberflächen und schönen Hartholzschränken umgebaut. Es verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit Duschen, von denen Sie in eines einen Rollstuhl hineinrollen können. Es gibt überall Fliesenböden.

Die Küche im kalifornischen Stil öffnet sich zu den Ess- und Wohnbereichen und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie zum Kochen und Genießen des Abendessens zu Hause benötigen! Es gibt einen elektrischen Grill auf dem Balkon (Gas und Holzkohle sind nicht erlaubt). Wir haben in jedem Zimmer NEUE wandmontierte LCD-HDTVs sowie DVD-Player und eine iPod-Dockingstation installiert. Natürlich bieten wir auch Kabel-TV und Internet mit WiFi.

Vom Balkon (dies ist keine Immobilie mit Blick auf das Meer) blicken Sie durch den bekannten und oft bemalten Crystal Pier-Bogen auf den Crystal Pier auf der rechten Seite. Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise und die entspannenden Klänge des Pazifischen Ozeans. Das sehr beliebte Restaurant von Kono (nur Frühstück und Mittagessen) befindet sich direkt gegenüber.

Wir haben Ihnen zugehört und wissen, dass Sie ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer bevorzugen und das zweite Schlafzimmer ein Doppelbett mit einem ausziehbaren Einzelrollbett hat. Wir wissen auch, dass Sie Murphy-Betten den unbequemen Sofabetten vorziehen. Deshalb haben wir im Wohnzimmer ein doppeltes Murphy-Bett installiert. Mindestens 300 hochwertige Bettwäsche und Bettdecken auf jedem Bett.

Beide Schlafzimmer haben ein eigenes Bad, Flachbildfernseher an der Wand und geräumige Spiegelschränke mit viel Platz, damit die Wohnung ordentlich aussieht.

Genießen Sie den Strand mit Beach-Cruiser-Fahrrädern, Liegestühlen, Strandtüchern, einem Sonnenschirm, Boogie-Boards und Strandspielzeug für Kinder. Fragen Sie uns, ob dieses Gerät AC hat!

Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gibt es eine Münz-Waschmaschine / Trockner direkt auf der anderen Seite des Flurs und kostenlose Parkplätze in der geschlossenen Garage unter der Wohnung. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihr Auto geparkt zu lassen und zu Fuß alles zu erreichen, was Sie brauchen. Genießen Sie einfach das wundervolle gemäßigte Klima, für das San Diego berühmt ist.

Family beach trip

The check in process was confusing because I didn’t receive an email with information until I requested it. However, when we did receive it, The email was very thorough and helpful.The location to the beach was nice and they had beach chairs, boogie boards. Beach toys and beach towels for us to use. We also appreciated the hot tub. Being able to park in a gated garage was more worth it than we thought. There is a bar across the street that gets noisy, but the hosts provide ear plugs if needed. We played white noise on our phone and it helped. This was the only negative thing I can think of.We were a family of 7 and used every bed.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I loved this place. The condo was in a great location and was very nice! I loved the tile in the bathroom it was so fun. Everything was clean and it was next to the beach and the condo came stocked with chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers. Everything you need for an awesome day at the beach.

Perfect Location on Pacific Beach

This condo is located right on Pacific Beach, our particular condo unit, was convenient to the elevator and off by itself. Perfect location for breakfast, lunch and dinner spots with lots of variety. Get your walking shoes, skates or sandals on, lots of miles to walk down the beach, boardwalk or street shopping. Easy walk to Mission Beach. Can't wait to stay again, we LOVED it!

Great location

This property was just as listed. We had plenty of room for myself, husband, son and 2 other teenagers. Location was great although no ocean views here. The property is located near many shops, restaurants and bars. Luckily due to restrictions everything was shut down by 10pm so there wasn’t really any noise. It was a short walk to the beach and right between Mission Beach and Pacific. There were a few minor issues - broken toilet handles and missing grill, but we didn’t let that affect our trip. Overall great property with nice management and everything you would need for a nice vacation on the beach.

Terrible Location - Busy Street & Alley

If you are interested in being near the beach but not actually being able to see the ocean from your unit, this is okay for you. We wanted to be on the beach, able to see and hear the ocean from the balcony. Though the website makes it appear that the unit is beachfront, it is not. Though the building is on the beach, this unit is in no way beach front. The balcony looks over a busy street with a very active bar. The master bedroom looks over an alley. This was not what we expected nor what we thought we were paying for. To be fair, the unit is clean and comfortable. However, our desire was to be ON the beach, not just in walking distance.

No AC, VERY VERY LOUD - horrible stay

The listing says it has AC but only if you pay extra for plug in units. Since this is an expensive place I was not going to pay extra for AC that they advertised! Thats a bate and switch and is probably illegal. This area is extremely loud- with 2 night clubs one on either side within FEET of our window and blasting music and bass until 1-2am. With no AC. you have to leave all the windows open and this makes the noise impossible to sleep. They also advertise a hot tub which looked like no one had been near it for 10 years - wouldn't set foot in it. False advertising and horrible stay. Families should NOT stay here. The building is run down and not very clean. The condo itself was fine but not worth the money we paid. I would not recommend this place. We could not sleep and that affected the entire trip. VRBO should not work with Nancy's vacation - they lied on the listing.

Great Condo, LOUD location

Overall, the property was clean, and as pictured. There was no BBQ grill on the balcony, but other than that, it was as described. Bogie boards and beach chairs were available to use, which was great. Location is steps from the beach--so that part was great! The one thing that I was not expecting was THE NOISE. This is a corner unit on a VERY BUSY CORNER. There was live music until 2 am on one side of the condo, and a busy bar/restaurant on the other side. So it was noisy until after 2 am each day, along with a chorus of emergency vehicle sirens that we heard at least once an hour all during the weekend hours. . Closing the windows helped, but the Condo was HOT. It was nice and cool and breezy outdoors, but in order to enjoy that, you had to put up with the noise. So, it was a trade off! Either hot and quiet, or loud and cool/breezy. Either way, it resulted in sleepless nights. Friday and Saturday nights were the worst, as you might expect, Sunday and Monday nights were quieter. If you have kids that are sensitive to noise--this is not the condo for you. If you want to enjoy the local bars and restaurants until the wee hours, it would be awesome for that!

Good and not so good

Location was great. Communication was rough. Slow to respond and usually required more then one attempt or form (i.e two phone calls or a phone call and email) to get a hold of them. Once we booked we received a number of emails (7-8 which were confusing and not super clear) told us our booking was not confirmed until we did a few verification things. I completed these, but still never received a confirmation after that stating it was confirmed and booked. Had to call a few times to confirm. They are not helpful providing property specific information. Company with lots of properties, they don’t have confirmed details or specifics about the property. Broad answers to questions. For example, I asked if there were sand toys as they mention beach supplies. I was told no, so we purchased some on our way there, turns out there was a ton, which was great, but would have been nice to know, to save us the time and money. We were told there was a grill on the porch so some of the meals were planned had to be adjusted since there was not one there.

Great location but expect lots of noise.

This location is amazing as it's basically right on the beach and within walking distance to essentially everything you need. It is extremely noisy at night as both windows face bars that are open until 2 A.M. plus the stragglers after they close. They do warn you about the noise and they are serious. My suggestion would be to pay the extra for the air conditioners to drown out the noise and so you don't have to open the windows. Parking is extremely convenient, and the communication is excellent. Even though it was extremely noisy to all hours of the night, I would stay again and try the air conditioners with the windows closed.

In the center of everything

See the Sea was a fantastic place. Right on the beach with amazing views and right in the center of all the SD fun. Everything you need is within walking distance. The place was clean and very spacious. Lots of beach toys for every age. The only potential issue that is beyond the capacity of the owners to take care of is because the location is in the heart of it all, it is loud, especially at night. For us it wasn't an issue. We kept the windows closed and the fans on and slept like babies. But for kids or actual babies, the noise might be a bit much. It is very manageable and worth it to be right in the center of it all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone wanting the full San Diego experience!

Could not have been better

Our family stayed at the condo for a week. We have a 3 year old and he had the best time. Lots of sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The condo had plenty of fans the we were able to move around to wherever they were needed. In the cupboards were spices and seasonings. A ton of kids plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. Really all we need to bring was food and sunscreen. The location was just right. Ralphs, CVS, and food was very close. TV's in each room with more than enough to watch and relax after a long day at the beach. We would recommend this condo for families. Parking garage was very convenient for parking and the building was secure and safe.

Policies & House Rules

What to expect after booking:
We manage properties on behalf of our owners. Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. This agreement reviews our terms and conditions, house rules and policies, and what to expect of your stay. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed, payment has been made, and the guest has connected with one of our guest services agents.

In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The Verify Hub service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. Please note: for the credit card verification, a $2 hold will be placed on the card to run the report. This hold will never process and will fall off automatically within 7 days.

Property Appearance:
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)

Property Responsibilities:
If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.

With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management, Replacement of keys/fobs/remotes, and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!

ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING.
Many buildings are also managed by HOAs who will fine guests for misconduct.

Noise:
This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about your home!

Starter Kit:
We like our guests to feel at home as soon as they arrive! We provide a ‘starter kit’ to help our guests get settled without needing to rush off to the store. Our kits include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soap, linens, towels, kitchen sponges, dish soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher soap when applicable, trash bags, extra blankets, sometimes extra pillows, extra sheets-for sleeper sofas, hair dryers, ironing boards, kitchens fully stocked-enough for max occupancy with some extra settings, toasters, some waffle makers, blenders, tool kits, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and co2/fire detectors.

Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.

Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!

Holiday 2024 Policy:
6 night minimum AND Saturday check-in is REQUIRED during our holiday season (December 21-January 4). One reservation CANNOT take both holidays, unless it is a 2-week reservation. There are no arrivals OR departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
*An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you!

Summer 2024 Policy:
Beginning Memorial Day to Labor Day, Saturday to Saturday is required with 6-7 night reservations. On July 4th 2024, check-in or check-out is NOT permitted. An arrival on a Friday or Sunday may be possible, please inquire if your group needs accommodations that are different as we may be able to accommodate you.

Last Minute Booking Policy:
If a guest books with us directly or on any OTA such as Airbnb and VRBO, within 72 hours of arrival, verification credentials are required. By making a payment on the reservation, the guest agrees to comply with our last minute booking policy.

To properly vet a guest with such short notice requires the following; a “selfie” photo specifically of the booking guest’s face and holding either a Driver’s License, Passport or State ID photo under their chin. We are just looking for a name to match and the photo on the ID to match that of the person in the selfie. This can be sent by email or text to our company email address. Additionally, we need to confirm guest details such as payment, contact information, applicable check-in time, number of guests and ages, any pets, etc.

This process is required, and if a guest refuses to comply then the reservation will be canceled. We have found this procedure to be successful in avoiding fraud, and protecting all parties! We appreciate your cooperation and we are available to help with any questions.

Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.

Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!

Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
