***The deck restoration project will begin Monday, October 12, 2026, and will last through November. Workers will begin on the 14th Floor and work their way down. It will be a loud and dusty job, and occupants will have to step around the workers. Workers for MD Thomas will grind all the old traffic coatings off the breezeway decks, down to the bare concrete. They are required to use HEPA vacuums with the large grinding machines and HEPA filters on their hand-grinders. We should not see the amount of concrete dust previously anticipated as contractors comply with OSHA requirements.***



Crystal Shores West 1101 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the east corner of the 11th floor. Enjoy panoramic views from every room!

• Access to the large balcony from the living room and primary bedroom.



• Tile flooring in the kitchen, living area, and primary bedroom; carpet in the second and third bedrooms.



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience. The dining area seats six, with three barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer are located inside the unit.



• Living area has a sofa sleeper.



• Primary bedroom features a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a king-size bed.



• Third bedroom features two twin-over-full bunk beds with lagoon views. (*Children under six are not permitted on the top bunks for safety reasons.)



• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.



These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
