Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der 14. Etage direkt mit Blick auf die Außenpools am Phoenix Gulf Shores mit unglaublichem Panoramablick auf den Golf! Wir haben auch ein schlüsselloses Haustürschloss, so dass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit Schlüsseln auf dem Laufenden bleiben müssen und wir bieten KOSTENLOSES WIFI! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 1.750 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig, neu möbliert und neu auf dem Mietmarkt!

Die Ausstattung dieser Wohnung in Phoenix Gulf Shores ist reichlich: Das Gerät ist mit Geräten in voller Größe, Wet Bar mit Eismaschine, 65-Zoll-Flachbild-HDTV im Wohnzimmer und einem 55-Zoll-Flachbild-HDTV im Haupt- und 2. Schlafzimmer sowie einem 50-Zoll-Fernseher ausgestattet "HDTV im 3. Schlafzimmer, Waschküche mit voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt ein Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei Queensize-Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer, zwei Queensize-Betten im 3. Schlafzimmer und ein Schlafsofa für 12 Personen.

Es gibt einen fantastischen Zero-Entry-Außenpool mit Wasserrutsche, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei hochmoderne Fitnesscenter mit Blick auf den Golf, Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Tennisplatz.

Es gibt ein Mindestalter von 25 Jahren, um das Gerät zu reservieren. Bei Verstößen wird es nicht erstattet.

Great space but bare bones

The unit itself is spacious and exactly like the photos. It is lacking basic things like coffee filters, or even a sponge to wash dishes. The management company leaves the absolute minimum soap and shampoo for a day, same as toilet paper, paper towels etc. Plan on bringing everything. Parking desk closes at 530 and management company did not respond to emails while there. Overall good place but be prepared. Neighbors upstairs were also pretty loud but no one on site to deal with it we could find.

Family Labor Day Vacation

Overall great stay. Condo was a described. Plenty of space to spread out. Typical Amenities towels, dishes etc all in good shape. Great indoor and outdoor pools. Couple of minor unpredictable issues handled quickly by owner! Complex neat and clean. On site staff not very friendly but minimal interaction with them so no big deal. Gate locks could be replaced lots ppl struggled with them but that’s no fault of owner. We would definitely highly recommend This rental and stay there again for sure!

Nice and spacious condo!

We had an amazing trip and our whole family gave this condo a 5 out of 5! The condo was clean, nice and included high end finishes, including a built in ice maker in the Butlers pantry. The condo was within walking distance the Hangout, a small grocery/convenience store, an ice cream shop and lots of shopping! The only critques we had was that the mattresses were on the softer side and the WiFi wasn’t very strong.

We loved this unit! It was beautiful and the view was amazing! The unit was clean and so, so spacious! We had 5 adults and a 3-year old and we never felt cramped or closed in. The balcony was so large!. We loved this property and would consider it again!

Condo was gorgeous! We could not of asked for anything better. Our view from the balcony was spectacular. The pools were great. I would also like to say the property manager Mike was wonderful! We would definitely recommend the Phoenix Gulf Shores!

Family Galore

Where do I begin...my husband and I have grown children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. We needed a condo with large living spaces, large kitchen, pool and on the beach. To say we were pleased with our stay is an understatement! This condo was AMAZING! The decor and furnishings were beautiful, and it was immaculate! There were more than enough dishes and cooking utensils; the kitchen was large enough for many to be in there cooking at the same time. The bedrooms were lovely, and the beds were amazing! An added feature was the "Beach Closet" where the host had beach chairs, sand toys for the kids and many other items we could use at the beach during our stay. The slide at the pool was a hit with our grands and great grands!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely re-book!

Exceeded All Expectations!

The condo was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible-we saw dolphins jumping and swimming several times! The rooms were spacious, the hall closet was awesome for storing beach gear and shoes. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The pool was heated to a comfortable temp for kids (ages 5 and 8) and the hot tubs were great!! We loved how close we were to restaurants and activities! Highly recommend Flora-Bama, the GULF, and the go karts at The Track! The grocery store across the street was also very convenient! Wonderful experience all around!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental provided plenty of room for our group of 7. The balcony was large and a beautiful view of the beach. The closet of beach stuff was a nice surprise. The kitchen is stocked with the basics (including 3 coffee pots!) and you can throw together a meal easily. Bring charcoal/lighter fluid if you want to use the grills.Property was clean and management was very helpful. It was our first time to Gulf Shores and we will be back!

DIRTY!

I hate leaving bad reviews but it needs to be said. The property was filthy upon arrival. Dishes and utensils with crusted food. Beds with sand. The master bed and pillows were disgusting. There was an awful odor that took two days to air out. I spent the first day of vacation cleaning and doing dishes. The property itself is decent. Pool closes too early for vacationers. Sadly, we won’t be back. Overall bad experience.

Don’t rent in the Summer

The overall property and amenities are very nice and lived up to the reviews and my expectations. The unit was furnished nicely and was very spacious. With that said, I think it is important that anyone interested in renting this unit understand that the maintenance of the unit as well as the management company are subpar! Let me explain. On the final day before our departure, the unit’s air conditioner stopped working. I informed the property manager (Michael) of this problem and the first statement was not “tell me what happened,” but rather an accusation that we had left the slider open and the unit is now frozen up. I told Michael that we had not left the slider open and that the unit was not frozen, up but rather the condensation drain was clogged - verifying my statements with pictures of the air conditioners A-Coil. Michael told me that he did not have a technician to look at the unit and that no one would be called until tomorrow. I told Michael that his lack of action was unacceptable and that I would provide a negative review. He again said he was sorry. At no time did Michael attempt to immediately address the issues presented to him. He did not offer to move us to another unit, bring fans in, etc. He did nothing!!! This is not the type of uncaring property manager that you want to rent from. I am thankful that we were there in May rather than the later hotter months of summer as it only got to 78 degrees in the unit. Spend you money with someone else.
