The property worked well for our family reunion of adult cousins. Communication was good with management with daily emails. Location to Fredricksburg events and restaurants was as published. We did encounter several problems during our stay, to include missing dish towels and placemats, inconsistent internet but management addressed satisfactorily. We used the pool table, but our schedule precluded us using the nice sauna and warm plunge pool.

We rented this lovely home for a girl's weekend. The house is large and accommodated the 8 of us easily. It sits in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy drive into town. We didn't use the spa in the back however it was nice to sit outside in the evening and have dinner. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be taken care of however I am sure the owner will rectify them. Enjoy

Birthday Weekend

We had a great time at this house. Everything was lovely, though we were a little disappointed that we weren’t permitted to open the garage door to the pool, as shown in the pictures. Overall it was a great place to stay for our group.

Anonymous, the garage door to the pool is something guests genuinely love about that house, and your group not being able to use it the way the photos show was a real miss. We have updated the house guide to make that access policy clearer before arrival so no future group lands in the same situation midstay. A ten out of ten despite that says a lot, and it means even more coming from a full group trip. If you come back in summer, that pool setup with the door open is worth the return on its own.

Great house!

Big, spacious, and open house. Lots of outside seating. Nice recreation room and TVs. New mattresses. Plenty of dishes. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Plunge pool and sauna a nice bonus!

Great house for girls weekend

We had a great time. Only thing that was an issue to us was the master thermostat wasn’t working as good in there. The rest of the house was warm but master was freezing.

Family birthday celebration.

Great location, comfortable sofa and chairs in the family room. Good dining space for our entire family. It would have been nice if there was coffee at the coffee bar. The sauna and hot tub were such wonderful amenities and a definite selling point for this property.The remote controls for the TV all needed batteries, which we replaced. Unfortunately I became ill and went to the ER. My daughter left the charger for my mobility scooter, and so far no one has found it. (It should be at the sofa in the living room, possibly sliding down to the sofa cushions. You have a beautiful property and would suggest it to friends.
