The 1st master bedroom has a king-sized, adjustable base “heads up” style bed for your comfort. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a large tub, a walk-in shower, and a TV in both the bedroom and bathroom. The sliding doors open to the outdoor balcony where you can feel the ocean breeze or just listen to the sound of the waves. The 2nd master bedroom faces inland and has a king-sized adjustable “heads up” style bed for your comfort. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are oversized, and each comes with two queen-sized beds. The 3rd bedroom has a walk-in shower ensuite and the 4th bedroom has a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share an outdoor balcony facing inland. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, flat-screen TVs, ceiling fans, and sound machines.

The open floor plan of the kitchen, living, and dining area is spacious & grand. The views from each of these rooms are breathtaking. The wide-ranging kitchen is equipped with all the necessities you need as well as plenty of cabinet space and seating around the large, curved island for conversations with the chef. The living area has an extra-large sectional couch to fit your guests, a 77” flat-screen TV so everyone can enjoy their favorite show, & an area rug to sit on perhaps if playing board games. The two walls of sliding doors surround the main area and open up to the balcony full of couches, table & chairs for 8, and a hot tub. There are plenty of hooks outside on all balconies to hang your swimsuits and towels to dry. If it is not turtle season (which is May 1st to October 31st) you can also sit back and enjoy watching your favorite shows on the exterior TV. The exterior spiral staircase allows quick access to and from the beach. Once you come up the staircase from the beach, this balcony also has an exterior half bath for your use. Another perk to this home is that it comes equipped with an EV plug-in in the garage if you have an electric vehicle.

The only shared space is the driveway, you're welcome to use the garage for parking. The pool and spa are located on the ground level. The living quarters are located on the 2nd level with an additional hot tub.
