Thank you for the review, Cathy! We're so glad you guys enjoyed your stay and loved the location. We hope to see you all again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the home’s beachfront location, spacious layout, and well-equipped kitchen. That said, we're truly sorry to hear that the pool wasn’t in usable condition during your stay. While our team did respond and attempted to resolve the issue, we regret that it didn’t meet your expectations, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. We also sympathize with the traffic challenges in the area—it's something we wish we could control during busy times of the year. We appreciate your comments and are taking them seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us.

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review! We’re so glad to hear your family had a wonderful vacation and that the home, location, and amenities like the elevator and pool helped make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the pool issue and are happy we were able to get it resolved and offer a partial refund for the inconvenience. We also appreciate your feedback about the early check-in process and will work to clarify our communication around that moving forward. It means a lot to know you’d recommend the home, and we’d be delighted to welcome you and your family back for another beach getaway! Warm regards, The Coastal Vacation Properties Team

Hi Sami, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—we’re so glad to hear you loved the house and that its location worked well for your stay! We appreciate your understanding about the beach construction; while it's outside of our control, we know how disappointing it can be when beach access is impacted, especially during a vacation. We’re truly sorry to hear about your interaction with the technician who came to check the elevator. That is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with the team to ensure future interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism. Your comfort and experience are extremely important to us. Despite the hiccup, we're happy to know you'd still consider renting the home again—it means a lot. We’d love the opportunity to welcome you back and provide an even smoother experience next time. Warm regards, The Coastal Vacation Properties Team

Thank you for the review, Mike!

We value your input and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Best regards, Coastal Vacation Properties
