The Space:

As you arrive, you'll find an assigned parking space and additional guest parking available. Accessible via outdoor stairs, the condo welcomes you with a spacious open-air patio, allowing for relaxation and a breath of fresh air.



Step inside, and to your right, you'll discover the convenient laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. Continuing down the main hallway, the Main bedroom awaits on the left, featuring a stylish King bed with a modern European vibe. The bedroom offers a full suite experience, complete with a well-appointed bathroom boasting a glass-enclosed shower and tub combo.



Further along the hallway, the kitchen awaits, inviting plenty of natural light. It seamlessly connects to the family room and the open concept dining area. A cozy desk and chair in the corner of the family room provide a space to stay connected while enjoying your surroundings. Unwind in the family room, where a large TV with basic cable awaits your entertainment.



The second bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a queen bed and access to a balcony enclosed with an awning. Enjoy the contemporary outdoor furnishings and the serene views of the hard court tennis courts, complemented by the shade of magnificent Live Oak trees. The attached second bathroom offers a frosted glass-enclosed shower and a single sink vanity.



The World Tennis Club offers an array of amenities, including 16 tennis courts (4 hard and 12 har-tru), with 10 courts lit for evening play. Indulge in the two community heated pools, visit the on-site Cafe for happy hour, make use of the clubhouse with locker rooms and dry saunas, work out at the exercise facility, or let the kids have fun at the small playground.



Guests staying for one week or more have access to all of The World Tennis Club's facilities. Use the online Chelsea system to sign up for court usage, with a nominal fee of $10 per 1.5-hour session. A temporary code provided in the call box grants access to the neighborhood and amenities center, including the courts and main pool.



Please note that no pets are allowed, without any exceptions.



To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $20 non-refundable damage fee or a $500 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.



Important Details:



This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.



It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 40 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.



This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. The HOA has an additional application fee not included in this reservation and must be paid separately.



Please allow a minimum of 7 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.



This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to move in, whichever comes first. Codes are changed automatically in between each reservation for both the gate and the condo for your safety.
