This modern 2 bed / 2 bath Florida condo is just steps away from the courtyard and community pool, which the beautifully finished lanai overlooks. Both community pools are directly behind the condo. Lounge in the spacious living and enjoy a delicious meal in the dining area which accommodates six. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
The remodeled kitchen with breakfast nook is fully equipped - please contact us directly for our minimum inventory list. The primary suite features a king bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. A shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom.
***Note for Peak season: February needs to be rented with January or March***

The community of Berkshire Villages is conveniently located off Santa Barbara Blvd, near Radio Rd. A short distance to beaches, medical facilities, grocery stores and pharmacies. Publix, Walgreens and a number of restaurants are located within walking distance. Golden Gate Community Park is just across the street from Berkshire Villages and offers several sport fields, 4 lit tennis and racquetball courts, lit basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce court, playground, paved fitness trail and boat ramp. Golden Gate Community Park also includes a vast fitness center and wonderful Aquatics Facility. Play a round of golf at Lakewood Country Club, just 5.5 miles from this condo.
The community is just 7 miles from 5th Avenue and 9 miles to the Naples Pier. Amenities at Abbey at Berkshire Village include a heated community pool. Berkshire Commons shopping plaza is just down Santa Barbara Blvd from Berkshire Villages with a Publix, Starbucks, Pharmacy and many other shopping and dining options. Quick access to the beaches and many famous Naples locations like 5th Ave, Tin City, Coastland Mall, Naples Pier as well as Marco Island. This is truly living the Florida lifestyle!

No Pick-up trucks allowed per hoa rules
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
