ANSICHTEN, ANSICHTEN, ANSICHTEN! Der Blick allein von diesem Gerät sollte es schaffen, aber es gibt noch mehr. Es ist uns eine Meile vom Strand entfernt. Dieses Gerät befindet sich im berühmten Park Shore Resort in Neapel. Es ist ein AAA-3-Diamond-Resort mit beheiztem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Racquetball, Grillmöglichkeiten und Wanderwegen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser oder bequemer sein. Wir sind nur 1,6 km von den berühmten Stränden am Golf, dem venezianischen Dorf, Lebensmittelgeschäften und der Pelican Bay entfernt. Eine sehr kurze Fahrt nach Tin City, der berühmten 5th Ave South und der begehrtesten 3rd Street South.

Nun zu der Wohnung: Habe ich die unglaublichen Aussichten auf die Wohnung von Wand zu Wand, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster erwähnt? Die Fotos, die Sie sehen, wurden von einem Amateur (mir) mit nur einem iPhone in der Hand aufgenommen und vermitteln nicht zu Recht das malerische Gelände, das von Amateur- und bekannten Künstlern besucht wird, die hierher kommen, um die Landschaft zu malen.

Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern wurde gerade mit neuen Geräten und modernen Möbeln renoviert. Es verfügt über einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer und einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben ein Telefon, Wi-Fi, komplette Küche mit allen Utensilien. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Wohnung. Wenn wir etwas verpasst haben, lassen Sie es uns wissen. Wenn es vernünftig ist, werden wir es bekommen.
Diese Wohnung ist zwei Flüge und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Wonderful Place to Call Home While in Naples

Location is excellent, condo is peaceful and well kept. Great view of trees and turtles and birds. Loved sitting on the screened lanai as it is on the 3rd floor and felt very private. There’s a delicious restaurant on the property. Elliott the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!!

College visit

Elliott was very friendly, and the place was clean but dated. One suggestion would be to provide more than just 4 rolls of TP and more than just one garbage bag. Dishwashing detergent was also not provided.The resort itself was nice with the outdoor pool and the restaurant served really great food! The location was not too far from the beaches.

The stay was prefect my son could go to the beach’s and come home to a home cooked meal. We were not fare from the beach so my other son was able to hang out at the beach. It was just an awesome stay

Excellent Stay

-Communication with the host Elliot was great. -Check in was smooth and easy. -Condo had everything we needed for out stay, lots of space, quiet, pool area was excellent, great restaurant on site and within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot

We were in town for a sports tournament and this was the perfect spot. Space for our family to spread out and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and just 15-20 min from the fields. Elliott was an excellent host and checked to make sure all was well with check in and was responsive when I had a question.

The location is great, the complex has a nice pool and restaurant, but the unit is in serious need of an update. The owner was very nice and responsive to issues, but the unit was not well stocked. I expect that he will address this for future renters.

Naples PARK SHORE RESORT Perfect for Business AND Pleasure!!!

My wife and I stayed in this Naples Park Shore Resort 2BR/2BA Condo for 2 weeks in June, 2025. We were there on a combo trip for both Business & Relaxation time. The perfectly located Park Shore Resort was close to all my business meetings AND super close to virtually ALL Naples has to offer. This condo was perfect because it has 2 separate bedrooms --- important because I snore badly so we must sleep in separate bedrooms! The only problems we had were NOT due to the condo or the owner/manager, Elliott. VRBO reservation & payment systems were difficult but ELLIOTT was WONDERFUL getting the problems resolved. Like so many of the reviews have stated, Elliott is a WONDERFUL HOST and no one is better at QUICK & CARING COMMUNICATIONS. I am planning more Naples Business trips and when I do the first call I will be making is to ELLIOTT and, if required, because of him, I will again deal with VRBO required reservation/payment systems. By the way, I forgot to mention, my wife and I have each been in the long-term residential rental property management business in Florida for over 40 years. My family has been in the Florida Property Mgmt business for 97 years!! We do NOT manage SHORT-TERM Vacation Rentals because we know how difficult it is and this is why we can and do APPRECIATE & RESPECT owners/managers like Elliott so much more!!!

Perfect little spot

Fabulous location with resort amenities!

We had a great stay at Park Shores Resort! Perfect location 5 minutes from the beach! Pool was lovely and Elliot communicated with us all the while. There was some construction on-going, but really only heard it from the Lanai. Nice having a restaurant on-site as well!

Great stay

Park Shore is an ideal location in Naples for a getaway. You are close enough to the downtown without all the congestion. The resort’s pool, workout room and common areas at this facility are kept clean and well maintained. All the staff from maintenance to the desk help are so friendly and respectful. And having the Hogfish Harry’s restaurant on sight is a real plus. Enjoy your stay as we have done for the past two January’s.

Property had all the features as advertised. a problem with builders was unavoidable but not a major issue. Great location in Naples. only criticism would be the state of the carpet in the balcony which should be addressed.

Christmas family holiday

Property is in a great location with lovely grounds. The Host is extremely responsive. Internet was down over the holidays at the entire complex (not owners fault) we did mention it to him and he offered to buy/split a US SIM card so we could keep in touch at home with family and with work.. it’s the little things that owners do that set them apart. A few days later the internet was restored and he actually called back to check in! The condo itself has comfortable beds, and everything you would need to feel at home.

Consider staying AFTER renovations

The condo was dated but clean, the host was very responsive and the location is perfect! HOWEVER - I would NOT consider staying during the week UNTIL the renovations are done. They begin reno's at 7 AM with a jack hammer, pounding and crew screaming to each other over the noise. This continues ALL day long so you CAN'T stay in the room - you must leave. I did message Elliot about the noise, is response was "my note fell short in anticipating all possibilities". Fell short was an understatement! He did remind me that he gave a discount, however the small discount doesn't make up for the fact we literally could not return to the room until the end of the day. Thankfully we only had 1.5 week days. There was not work being done on Saturday. Once the renovations are done I highly recommend this unit. The resort grounds are lovely, pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat.

Nice condo complex

This condo property was nice because in addition to other amenities, there is an onsite restaurant. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. If U we’re in Naples again, I would stay at Park Resort.
