ANSICHTEN, ANSICHTEN, ANSICHTEN! Der Blick allein von diesem GerĂ€t sollte es schaffen, aber es gibt noch mehr. Es ist uns eine Meile vom Strand entfernt. Dieses GerĂ€t befindet sich im berĂŒhmten Park Shore Resort in Neapel. Es ist ein AAA-3-Diamond-Resort mit beheiztem Pool, Whirlpool, Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Racquetball, Grillmöglichkeiten und Wanderwegen. Die Lage könnte nicht besser oder bequemer sein. Wir sind nur 1,6 km von den berĂŒhmten StrĂ€nden am Golf, dem venezianischen Dorf, LebensmittelgeschĂ€ften und der Pelican Bay entfernt. Eine sehr kurze Fahrt nach Tin City, der berĂŒhmten 5th Ave South und der begehrtesten 3rd Street South.

Nun zu der Wohnung: Habe ich die unglaublichen Aussichten auf die Wohnung von Wand zu Wand, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster erwĂ€hnt? Die Fotos, die Sie sehen, wurden von einem Amateur (mir) mit nur einem iPhone in der Hand aufgenommen und vermitteln nicht zu Recht das malerische GelĂ€nde, das von Amateur- und bekannten KĂŒnstlern besucht wird, die hierher kommen, um die Landschaft zu malen.

Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern wurde gerade mit neuen GerĂ€ten und modernen Möbeln renoviert. Es verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen 42-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer und einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben ein Telefon, Wi-Fi, komplette KĂŒche mit allen Utensilien. Wir haben auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Wohnung. Wenn wir etwas verpasst haben, lassen Sie es uns wissen. Wenn es vernĂŒnftig ist, werden wir es bekommen.
Diese Wohnung ist zwei FlĂŒge und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Great days in Naples

We spend a very nice time in Naples and around the area. The appartment had been really nice and cosy! There had been no Problems and checking in and out were totally easy! I really recommend the flat. Unfortunately we didnÂŽt have s much time to play tennis and enjoy the pool - but everything was there and could have been used. thumbs up ;-) best regards from Germany

Check-in process was a breeze! Great communication with our host Elliot! We had a minor issue with the thermostat upon arrival and he was extremely prompt in getting back to us and rectifying the situation. Within a few hours that same evening we had a new thermostat and was able to control the temperature in the condo to our liking. Although a bit dated the condo was clean and comfortable and served our purpose as expected. We particularly like the location to all of what Naples and the surrounding area has to offer. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area was well maintained and a good size. The bonus was having Hogfish Harry's right there in the middle of the property! Excellent food and convenient! We would definitely book again when in the Naples area! Thanks Eliot!!

Naples PARK SHORE RESORT Perfect for Business AND Pleasure!!!

My wife and I stayed in this Naples Park Shore Resort 2BR/2BA Condo for 2 weeks in June, 2025. We were there on a combo trip for both Business & Relaxation time. The perfectly located Park Shore Resort was close to all my business meetings AND super close to virtually ALL Naples has to offer. This condo was perfect because it has 2 separate bedrooms --- important because I snore badly so we must sleep in separate bedrooms! The only problems we had were NOT due to the condo or the owner/manager, Elliott. VRBO reservation & payment systems were difficult but ELLIOTT was WONDERFUL getting the problems resolved. Like so many of the reviews have stated, Elliott is a WONDERFUL HOST and no one is better at QUICK & CARING COMMUNICATIONS. I am planning more Naples Business trips and when I do the first call I will be making is to ELLIOTT and, if required, because of him, I will again deal with VRBO required reservation/payment systems. By the way, I forgot to mention, my wife and I have each been in the long-term residential rental property management business in Florida for over 40 years. My family has been in the Florida Property Mgmt business for 97 years!! We do NOT manage SHORT-TERM Vacation Rentals because we know how difficult it is and this is why we can and do APPRECIATE & RESPECT owners/managers like Elliott so much more!!!

Wonderful Place to Call Home While in Naples

Location is excellent, condo is peaceful and well kept. Great view of trees and turtles and birds. Loved sitting on the screened lanai as it is on the 3rd floor and felt very private. There’s a delicious restaurant on the property. Elliott the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you!!

Elliott was very friendly, and the place was clean but dated. One suggestion would be to provide more than just 4 rolls of TP and more than just one garbage bag. Dishwashing detergent was also not provided.The resort itself was nice with the outdoor pool and the restaurant served really great food! The location was not too far from the beaches.

Naples Winter Getaway

The location is great, the complex has a nice pool and restaurant, but the unit is in serious need of an update. The owner was very nice and responsive to issues, but the unit was not well stocked. I expect that he will address this for future renters.

Great time at All state football

Perfect spot

We were in town for a sports tournament and this was the perfect spot. Space for our family to spread out and close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants and just 15-20 min from the fields. Elliott was an excellent host and checked to make sure all was well with check in and was responsive when I had a question.

Excellent Stay

-Communication with the host Elliot was great. -Check in was smooth and easy. -Condo had everything we needed for out stay, lots of space, quiet, pool area was excellent, great restaurant on site and within walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Nice condo complex

This condo property was nice because in addition to other amenities, there is an onsite restaurant. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy. If U we’re in Naples again, I would stay at Park Resort.

Consider staying AFTER renovations

The condo was dated but clean, the host was very responsive and the location is perfect! HOWEVER - I would NOT consider staying during the week UNTIL the renovations are done. They begin reno's at 7 AM with a jack hammer, pounding and crew screaming to each other over the noise. This continues ALL day long so you CAN'T stay in the room - you must leave. I did message Elliot about the noise, is response was "my note fell short in anticipating all possibilities". Fell short was an understatement! He did remind me that he gave a discount, however the small discount doesn't make up for the fact we literally could not return to the room until the end of the day. Thankfully we only had 1.5 week days. There was not work being done on Saturday. Once the renovations are done I highly recommend this unit. The resort grounds are lovely, pool is fabulous and the location can't be beat.

Perfect little spot

Perfect location. Just minutes to the beach. The house even came equipped with beach supplies, chairs, umbrella and toys. The pool was beautiful and the restaurant connected to it was top notch. Very fast communication with the host.

Nice place, great location

This is our second stay at the Park Shore Resort. It fits our needs perfectly. Quiet, nice grounds with great amenities (large swimming pool, tennis/pickleball, friendly staff), walking distance to grocery stores and coffee shops. We even walked to the beach, which is a longer walk but a nice one. The units was clean and had comfortable furnishing. Clear and timely communication with Elliot. We'll be back
