Escape to this commodious 1 BR/1 BA suite in Heber Valley. Private in-law basement unit, beautifully appointed, and located near a plethora of activities. Hoping to spend at the ski resorts? Just drive 20 minutes to Park City and enjoy Deer Valley, Park City Mountain, or the Canyons. Not your thing? Maybe you want to spend a day on the water? Well take your pick, you’re right in between Deer Creek and Jordanelle Reservoir. Perhaps you’re more into shopping? Well, you’re also in luck, you can explore Heber Mains street or drive to Park City's Historic district for a day of exploration! Whether you’re an avid outdoors enthusiast or a shopaholic, you’ll find it all here.
WHY WE LOVE OUR HOME
Once you get settled in you may never want to leave this charming 1 BR/1BA suite. You’ll be able to sleep up to four people, with two on a comfortable king bed, and 2 more on the pull out sofa bed. The small kitchen comes with everything you need to make some hearty meals. You’ll enjoy free WIFI, a large theater room where you can access your favorite streaming services on a large projector screen. If you decide to spend a day in the snow we have a place for you to store your equipment as well as a boot and glove drying station. Oh, and did we mention that you’ll also have access to a hot tub in the back yard?
THE KITCHEN
Our Chic Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven/range, coffee maker, Keurig machine, blender, flatware, crockery, and cookware.
THE LIVING ROOM
Just off the kitchen is the living room where you will find the sofa bed and fireplace.
MASTER BEDROOM
The private master bedroom enjoys a king bed, and a smart TV.
PARKING
You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the outdoor driveway, there is no street parking available, and no parking pass is required.
HOME DETAILS
This is a safe and well maintained home in a private community in Heber City. The home has two levels with other guests living on the upper floor. This unit is the basement suite with its own private entrance. The fenced off backyard, hot tub, and grill are available for you to use, but it is a shared space.
RULES & INFO
- No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in or around the home at any time.
- No pets: Pets are not allowed in or around the home at any time.
- No Parties: Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings are not permitted in or around the home at any time.
- No AC
- There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
- There is an air mattress that can be setup in the theater room if additional sleeping space is needed.
- Transit: There is no easy access to public transportation at this home. Plan on driving or using other paid transportation services to get to and from the home.
- Winder Conditions: Be aware that during the winter months slippery and icy conditions exist and there may also be roof snow and icicles.

For after-hours communication, leave a message, and we will strive to promptly return your call. Refunds or considerations are only possible if problems are reported during your stay, and are not gaurenteed.
CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.
INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.
Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.
