The property appears a bit dated, but everything was clean and functioning. The location is perfect for beautiful beach access. It’s pretty far from the boardwalk which was perfect for us. The rental agreement didn’t include our building access code, and it was never supplied. I called an hour plus ahead to make sure we could use the building prior to check in, but then nobody was there, and I was concerned about parking in the lot with all of the warning signs not to park without permit. Someone showed up about 45 minutes later, and I got the one parking pass supplied by the rental company, but they sent me to building manager to get a second. The manager couldn’t find the parking list so asked me to wait while she searched, another 30 minutes and we finally had parking passes. Checkin is 3-5 and i was assured I’d be called as soon as it was ready. At 3 I returned to the office and was told it wasnt ready and there was no estimate. At 4 I contacted the main office. All I was offered was to let me in and to set my stuff to the side, so basically don’t use The condo, until it could be cleaned. After some back and forth, and being told that if the cleaners didn’t arrive before 5 when the office closed that I would have to wait for them at the condo ourselves, we made it in. It was clearly already cleaned, and I’m not sure if that was even more frustrating for me. Fortunately, the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. Next time, I’ll look at a different agency and likely another building in this location. The building (or house) didn’t have tennis rackets, basketballs, etc which really do add to the experience.
