The Space
Living & Dining
The open living area features floor-to-ceiling windows and brand-new glass railings for unobstructed Pacific Ocean views. Relax on new leather sofas while enjoying the sound of the waves or stream your favorites on the 70” Smart LG TV.
The dining area includes a drop-leaf table seating 6–8, plus a breakfast bar with seating for four.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen features:

Capri by the Sea is an iconic oceanfront building directly on the Mission & Pacific Beach boardwalk. Walk to Crystal Pier, restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops along Mission Boulevard and Garnet Avenue. The views from South Mission Beach to La Jolla are truly breathtaking.

• Noise-Sensitive Property: Quiet hours after 9:00 PM. No parties or loud gatherings. Violations may result in eviction or fines.

Guests have access to the entire condo, rooftop deck, pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, garage, and all common areas via key fob.
Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!
Pacific Beach
• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal.
• Seasonal Policies: We have minimum stay requirements that vary by season.
Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): 4-5 night minimum, no arrivals on July 4th (Independence Day)
Holidays: 4-night minimum. A single reservation cannot span both Christmas and New Year's unless it is 14+ nights. No arrivals/departures on Christmas or New Year's Day.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.
• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.
• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.
• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.
• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with electric wall heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze.
• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located down the hall from the unit for your use.
• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including 4 adult chairs, 1 child’s chair with an umbrella, a large umbrella, 2 boogie boards, 2 paddleboards, and 4 flotation vests (2 adult, 2 child).
• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.
• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
We recommend a car for navigating San Diego, but public transportation is just a couple blocks away. If you`re planning to stay put in Pacific Beach, there is no need for cars! Just ride our provided bikes or walk the neighborhood.
