Welcome to Patrick's Pacific Paradise, on the 5th floor of Capri by the Sea, this corner unit features stunning ocean views from every room! A luxury, modernist dream, this newly renovated condo invites comfort and relaxation.
The kitchen is bright and open to the living space with new cabinets and quartzite countertops with a "waterfall" effect spilling the quartz over the side of the counter. Perfect to post up at the breakfast bar on the 4 stools provided or sit down with friends and family at the drop-leaf dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. The fully equipped kitchen has all new LG stainless steel appliances, including an electric stove, great for meals at home.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a storage closet where you may find additional supplies. The exterior storage accessed by a separate building key and then storage unit for 512 by combo lock will contain all beach accessories.
Settle in to enjoy the view or sounds of the sea in the new, luxury leather couches of the living room. The smart, LG 70 inch TV has something for everyone! Or get cozy in the large, leather arm chairs of the sunroom outside the master bedroom with a cup of coffee to watch the surfers and sunrise!
Large ceiling fans in each room and great ocean breezes will keep you cool. The brand new beds have high quality mattresses, a California king, 2 queens, and 1 queen size sleeper sofa in the living room where you can lay to read a book and enjoy the view.
The master bedroom can be closed off to the sunroom with large, glass sliding doors and blinds. The California king bed centers the room with views of the waves or smart, 55 inch LG TV. Ample storage is available for guests with a full dresser and 2 closets. The master walk-in closet offers several shelves and hangers, and the additional closet contains cleaning supplies. The beautiful, bright master bathroom has a walk-in shower, white cabinets and quartzite vanity. The shower features a rainfall shower head and separate hand-held nozzle for convenience.
The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a large mirrored closet with hangers, and dresser with storage. Catch a Netflix movie before bed on the large, smart 55 inch TV. All windows of the condo have blinds to keep the rooms cool or dim for a good night sleep. Like the master, the guest bathroom has new cabinets with quartzite countertop. In this bathroom, the shower has a rainfall shower head, separate hand-held nozzle and is a combination with a tub.
This condo features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room to maximize the breathtaking views of the ocean with NEW all glass railings for an uninterrupted view of the Pacific Ocean. You will love your stay in this conveniently located condo in the heart of Pacific Beach. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and just steps to the sun and sand! The condo sleeps 8 with a California king master bedroom, 2 queen beds in guest room and 2 more guests on queen size sleeper sofa.
Capri by the Sea is just steps away from the Mission/Pacific Beach boardwalk and easy walking distance to Crystal pier, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on both Mission Blvd and Garnet Avenue. Located on the fifth floor, the views from South Mission Beach to the La Jolla peninsula are simply breathtaking. The views have been highlighted in this unit with floor to ceiling windows that encompass every inch of the viewable space you could have from this amazing condo.
Capri by the Sea offers every amenity you could want and need for your stay in San Diego. A single parking space is included with your reservation. The rooftop offers 360 views of Pacific Beach, with BBQ grills and picnic tables and lounge seating. A heated (80 degrees) pool and hot tub are located on the ground floor behind the Capri building and are accessible with your key fob. A washer and dryer (coin-operated) are located at the South end of the hallway just outside the condo. A trash and recycling chute is located on the North end. Your key fob gives access to that condo's floor, lobby, rooftop, garage and pool area. Check-in instructions sent via email will provide more details about how to obtain your keys/lock code and fobs.
NEED MORE ROOM? If you would like to travel with extended family or other families, we have three 1-bedrooms and three 2- bedrooms in this building; three in a row on the 9th floor, 909, 910 and 911 plus 1005, 1007 (1bd) and 1010 right above them.
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
It is important for you to read all the details about your property. We highlight everything you need to know about your vacation rental in our listing, through emails, home manuals, in-home signage and phone correspondence. We want our guests to feel prepared, informed and at ease while staying with us. We are always available if you have questions!
*NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood and, as such, is a NOISE SENSITIVE property. Respect must be shown for the property and neighbors at all times. No loud music, parties, and or loud talking outside after 9 pm. Violation of these rules MAY result in immediate eviction from the property per your rental agreement, and/or fines from the San Diego Police. Please review your rental agreement for complete details and rules about our home!
Upon confirming your booking, we will send you a rental agreement for your upcoming stay which you will need to complete. We will also contact you within 24 hours of the booking to obtain contact information and to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding your upcoming visit along with the House Rules & Rental Agreement. The check-in details will not be shared until the rental agreement has been signed.
Attention Guests: In addition to completing our electronic rental agreement, you will also be required to participate in our identity verification process. The service is offered through Autohost; an intelligent guest screening software that automates ID verifications, background and credit checks, security deposits and more, helping to improve guest experience and safety. If you have never stayed in a vacation rental before, we are not a hotel, WE ARE BETTER! We offer many of the same luxuries of a hotel with the comfort and space of home to share with your whole family. Our property owners are our friends and we work with each owner to offer a special, specific and ideal environment for guests to experience and enjoy. All of our homes offer similar amenities so you can expect the same experience whenever staying with us.
With that said, we need you to do your part in helping us maintain each home. Please be attentive to ALL RESPONSIBILITIES as a guest of our home. Trash/Recycling, Check-out duties, Communication to management and Care of the home all help us give each guest and family a home to feel at home in. We appreciate your assistance in making our homes and our business unlike any other!
Single (free) covered parking spot in underground garage with additional outside parking spots available on a first come first served basis for an additional $25 per week (Please inquire at front desk if additional parking is needed).
Guests have access to rooftop deck with multiple gas BBQs, seating and lounge chairs. There is a communal pool and hot tub located next door that can be accessed by the key fob.
Customer service is a high priority to us. We like to make sure you have what you need before you arrive and get settled into our home. We are available whenever you need us, 7 days a week and after hours!

Please note: The look-out terraces at the Capri are NOT for standing or sitting. DO NOT lean on the railings. Capri by the Sea has asked for our cooperation in their new safety proceedings. The incredible views of the beach, boardwalk and ocean are not affected!
Arrival/Departure Policy:
Check in time is 3 pm and strictly enforced. (From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, check-in is at 4pm)
Check out time is 11 am.
Please follow all instructions for your arrival and departure in our email and phone call correspondence. There is signage around the home to assist with the use of amenities and questions that you may have during your stay. We are available too, even after hours-give us a call!
Nightly Minimum Policy:
4 night minimum required in the off season.
6 nights AND a Saturday Check-in is REQUIRED during peak season (June - August). Arrival on Friday or Sunday instead may be an option.
