* Minimum guest age is 23 unless accompanied by parents or other adults
* Maximum number of guests on the property is 8
* No smoking of any kind on the property
* No parties or loud gatherings of any kind on the property
* No pets of any kind on the property
* Guests must sign a rental agreement agreeing to all house rules prior to arrival (in their welcome email)
* Full refund if cancellation 15 days prior to arrival date; 50% refund if cancellation 7-15 days prior to arrive; otherwise, no refund
