The Location - Walk to Noosa River, superb restaurants & Noosaville shops. Under 10-mins drive to the iconic Noosa Main Beach, Hastings St and the local foodie haunt of Noosa Junction. Perfectly central to all that Noosa has to offer, yet set in the quiet enclave of Noosa Waters!
And do not forget it is also PET-Friendly Noosa Accomodation!
6 Treasure Cove is spacious internally, with a solar-heated pool & Balinese gazebo just so inviting to relax resort-style, Meanwhile you may walk to nearby restaurants at Gympie Tce Noosaville, and you can enjoy the privacy and peace of the location it has all the right elements for an extended family or two families - what else do you need for the perfect Noosa holiday?
The house features 3 Bedrooms: King in the Master, located upstairs, and 2 x Queens which are downstairs, plus 1 x Double (divan in the 2nd living area in the media room- upon request) and 2 x Bathrooms including an ensuite to the master with corner spa and double vanity.
Expect a spacious open plan living/dining / kitchen including dining for 8 people. Boasting a large chef kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, food blender / processor, Aldi coffee pod machine. (do not forget to bring your favourite pods).
The living room includes a 65 inch Smart TV, sound bar, Stan, Netflix, all streaming apps and DVD player plus of course your favourite free to air TV stations.
And the second living/media room contains a 48 inch Smart TV with Stan, Netflix, all streaming apps, DVD player and of course free to air TV. This living/media room with divan bed is the 4th bedroom - if linen is required for this it must be ordered at time of making the booking direct with Noosa Staff via phone & an additional cost of $ 60 incl GST is payable.
And for your comfort there is fully ducted air conditioning (both heating and cooling) throughout plus ceiling fans as well as free Wifi.
This is a fully screened house with secure gated entry and intercom with a separate attractive study overlooking the pool area with desk - ideal for working from home
You will think you could be in Bali when you relax with a solar heated resort size swimming pool with Balinese thatched room gazebo (Note - the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).
There is also a new Beefeater BBQ and a large undercover alfresco dining area.
The house has also a fully equipped laundry with F&P top loading washer and F&P drier, plus an outside clothes line.
Pet friendly for ONE small dog only - a one-off pet fee of $150 including GST applies, as do all Pet Etiquette rules apply.
NO secure garage parking available - only off street driveway parking for 2 cars.
Sleeps 6 to a maximum of 8 upon request of the use of the divan bed. If this require linen it must be ordered at time of making booking by phone to our reservations staff and the cost is also $60 incl GST.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it's just a short drive to local cafes, restaurants, and the scenic Noosa River. Highly recommend for a perfect getaway!

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel.
