65 Witta Circle is a prime Noosa waterfront holiday home and could not be situated in a better location for exploring Noosa. The property is north-facing and is an easy 8-minute amble in to Hastings Street and Noosa's iconic main beach, Noosa National Park, and the local al fresco Noosa cafes and restaurants.
The property has 4 x bedrooms, 2 x bathrooms and a powder room, and is perfect for families or couples as your every need is catered for with its well-appointed kitchen, plus its living and outdoor waterfront entertaining area.
The house is fenced from the relaxing waterfront and the gardens are beautifully landscaped creating a sunset BBQ in the courtyard a lovely al fresco way to enjoy our Noosa.
There are 2 x Queens and 3 x Singles to accommodate 7 x guests, with full kitchen facilities that includes dishwasher, air-fryer, oven, and microwave. There is also full laundry facilities. Free wifi is of course offered. There is air-conditioning in the master bedroom, which is featured away from the other bedrooms with balcony doors to open to the waterfront breeze and view. Air con is also featured in the open lounge dining area, and in the hallway there is a ducted system which fans successfully into the remaining guest bedrooms. There are ceiling fans too in the property.
The waterfront itself is perfect for kayaking in and out of, or toddling in the water as there is a strip of sandy beach. There is no swimming pool onsite, or jetty. Car-parking is under the carport in the driveway, room for 2 x vehicles with ease.
Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.
Note: Fence and gate to canal front is NOT child proof.
