The Location - This three-bedroom, two and half bathroom Noosa holiday townhouse in beautiful Little Cove provides the perfect holiday retreat bordering the Noosa National Park on the corner of Kareela Ave & Pandanus St, providing easy access to the many walking tracks to surf beaches and lookouts. (please note phone reception can be inconsistent in and around the National Park) Relax by the pool or read a book in the sunny courtyard while the kids play on the large grassy lawn or swim in the pool. Take a short stroll down to Hastings Street and Noosa main beach via the board-walk. This area is great for families all year round!
The Unit - Unit 7 is an spacious two-storey townhouse that has been recently renovated providing a peaceful sunny ambiance and leafy outlook for your enjoyment. The unit has a private paved outdoor entertaining area complemented by the surrounding acre of landscaped grounds with a lovely pool and a barbecue area available for guests. (Please note that the pool and the BBQ are communal).
Downstairs features an open plan tiled floor kitchen, dining and lounge areas with ceiling fan and air conditioning, flowing directly onto the outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor shower. The comfortable lounge room has free wi-fi and Smart TV set up to input your own digital streaming account. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave-oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine (byo Pods )and all the essential crockery, cutlery, and utensils for a comfortable self-contained stay. There is also a powder room/laundry downstairs with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find three spacious airconditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom with a king bed, features a balcony overlooking the garden, walking robe and ensuite. The other two bedrooms offer two single beds each to comfortably accommodate six people. There is a spacious main bathroom including a shower, toilet, and vanity.
No garage parking is provided but there is on-site guest parking available (visitor car park is subject to availability). All bed linen and bath towels are supplied, and mid stay linen changes are provided for stays of 10 days or more.
Note : Weddings, parties, functions or schoolies are not permitted at this property.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Little Cove
We really enjoyed our stay, despite an initial panic on realising there was no mobile coverage! Luckily the NBN was sufficient to be able to stay in touch with our teenagers as they enjoyed some freedom to explore Noosa and its surrounds. The location is great, but be aware it is not where it shows up on Google Maps! The master bedroom is huge with a reasonably comfortable bed. The kitchen is well equipped though it could be improved by having a BBQ in the courtyard. Thanks for a great break.

Great location. Recommended
We stayed here for Ultraman. The location was great for the grandkids as so close to the beaches. The surf club was the start point for Ultraman and was just half a K away. The national park adjacent was ideal for runs along the tracks.
Beds were great. The home was comfortable. No real problems. We quickly learnt to be careful with the ants. Nice pool but a bit cool and we only had time to use once. A great week and we would come again. Thanks for the use of your property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Extremely poor experience leaving a sour taste in my mouth
No phone reception at all.
Poor and rude experience from Noosa Holiday Rentals. They are so unprofessional.
Construction works next door from 7am to 4pm completely derailed my family's entire experience. Children were terrified at the noise levels and heavy machinery. We were informed a few weeks prior to our stay, and offered to have a refund and seek alternative accommodation. Which wad very limited at that time for what we needed. No compensation was provided. Nor did the NHR take any responsibility. They completely pushed this onto the greedy owner.

NHR advised you and your family of the building works 7 weeks prior to your arrival, we provided you with the exact information that was sent to us from the BC and the builders working on unit 7 – at the time of notification you were given the option to receive a full refund or to be relocated.
As you chose to continue with the booking no compensation was offered by the owner, please note we do not own your booking, we are simply an agent of the owner and in this circumstance the owner was not willing to offer any as you were made aware that there would noise pollution due to the renovations.

Perfect for families. The property's general condition was old and worn which for our young family was not a priority. The location, a short walk to the beach and Hastings Street was most important to us. The area is quiet, set in the rainforest a short stroll to the national park. Little Cove Beach is perfect for young children. The pool was great for the kids. We would stay here again.
