Housekeeping is to be stocking basic kitchen supplies during each clean, so I've sent them your notes to remind them to do so. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you encountered an issue with the oven being unavailable during your stay as this was not the outcome we anticipated. While we never expect amenities to become unavailable at any time, this can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and for that reason, amenities are never guaranteed. We do see our a partial refund was issued on 9/23 for the inconvenience. We value your booking and hope to provide you with a more polished stay in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry the stay did not meet expectations. The issues you described with the hot tub, refrigerator, and TV remotes are all ones that our inspector should have caught ahead of your stay and I can assure you we are correcting this through additional training and oversight. Maintenance is scheduled to replace the refrigerator shelf and replace/label any missing or faulty remotes. The hot tub team did also complete a full drain and fill following your departure. Regarding the noise complaint, neighbors reported to us that you were the source of the noise. I'm sincerely sorry that they were mistaken, but we take noise complaints very seriously and spoke to you about it right away in the case that you were the source. We appreciated your honesty and understanding when you let us know it was in fact the home behind ours that was causing the noise. Thank you for the thoughtful feedback, we will certainly use it to improve.
