The home was spacious, conveniently located, tastefully decorated, and offered all the amenities we needed. Our sleeping arrangement for six people was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and our long walks in the beach. Weather was great too! I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to groups looking to have a relaxing, worry-free getaway. My compliments to the owners of the property and the property management team for maintaining a clean, beautiful and comfortable home for sharing.

The home had so much character! The random amenities were awesome, baby gate, outside hose for easy sand removal, and the shutters in the upstairs windows were lovely. The kitchen was also fully stocked with pots, pans, and serving dishes. Thank you so much for a lovely time.

Property is dated and a little worn out in appearance, but if you’re here for the beach, it’s a winner. Easy walk down the bank to the beach, easy short drive to groceries and Lincoln City. Definitely the highest I’ve paid price wise for just three nights, and in need of newer kitchen supplies, but if you’re willing to pay for beach views, it’s ok.

We had an idea for a last minute trip to the beach and we were lucky to find this gem. Quiet and right on the beach. The kids found so much joy in just being able to walk down the steps to the beach. Close proximity to the store.

Girls trip

Great location and easy access to the beach. Plenty of rooms for everyone and beds comfortable. We weren’t able to grill because it needed a deep cleaning and I think if carpet was removed there would not be a musty smell. Thankful for the new washer and dryer and quick response when we reached out with a question. Everyone had a wonderful stay.

This is our second time staying here and everything about it is perfect for our three generation family trip. Always pretty clean and plenty of towels and toiletries. The hot tub, the fireplace, the games, everything is just perfect for a relaxing yet fun family vacation. It was a little challenging to use the washer and dryer when it was raining as water pooled up in front of them quite a bit but its totally understandable due to the landscape. Oh and the updated parking spots were very helpful!Owners are easy to contact and very responsive if needed. Thank you so much!

Spectacular Location & Views (Family Vacation)

My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to this oceanfront rental. We made memories that we will cherish forever. The view was as spectacular as the listing promised, and ending each day relaxing in the hot tub was a special treat. The tide pools on the northern end of the beach are a must! Be sure to tread with caution; there's lots of little ocean life out there! Check-in was easy; early check-in would have been wonderful, but rules are rules. Bathrooms were well stocked; minimal sifting through stained towels. As you would expect from an older home at the coast, things like the shower curtain and heat lamp in the upstairs bathroom were aged (rusting). We would happily book this listing again! Hopefully the property management company has time to button up the small things before then.

Great Place

Great house, great location, great view. The house had enoght space for everyone had enough space for privacy and big enought dinning room and living room to eat together and play games. My one suggestion is to have trash bins in the bedrooms.
