Climb the stairs to the upper-level living area of Bella Casa and be prepared to be wowed. The main level has 2 bedrooms that are spacious and include a king primary suite. Another bedroom has its own space and access to the garage. You’ll love the dining area and barbecue on the ocean-view deck, and a hot tub awaits you on a lower deck. The charming neighborhood of Bella Beach is its own perk, with a private beach entry, children’s playground, café, and exquisite homes. You’re perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Newport for day trips, whether you are hunting fossils at Beverly Beach, taking a whale-watching boat out of Depoe Bay, or visiting the Oregon Coast Aquarium, you’ll know you’re a short distance from relaxing in your own Bella Casa!

Kitchen was very well stocked. The beach was not visible from the hot tub as shown in the listing, due to overgrown hedges, which was a disappointment, because that was one of the reasons I chose this property over others. However, overall this property was ample for our group of ten. Amazing space for our stay

The place was great for our family. The only problem was an oven that was out of commission. We had to improvise our meal plans and it was a major inconvenience with a large group.I have asked to be compensated for that and I’m waiting to hear back

Wonderful location! It’s a 3 level house, so there are lots of stairs. Neighborhood is great and 3 min walk to the beach access. Place was clean and really nice. Beautiful view from the top floor, hot tub was amazing. I agree with previous reviews about the bushes being so high you can’t see the ocean from the hot tub at all. In a few years I think it would impact the view from the top level as well. Not a negative but that would be a change I could suggest. Everything was wonderful otherwise!We did a paint night at the local coffee shop and walked there for lunch a few times. Food was great!

Girls Weekend

This spot was even more beautiful in person. Sipping tea and watching the morning waves from the great room is a favorite memory. Great little trails to the beach and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo close to the beach

Great upstairs common area with very nice views overlooking the ocean. The rooms were as described, and the place was clean and worked well for my family. The community the home is in is quiet and a bit cozy, with a nice nearby shore access for walks on the beach.

Beautiful views right from your living room.Kitchen had lots of pots pans. Well stocked.Beach access was very close by stairs . Would stay here again. Listing said bbq available unfortunately at the time of check in there was a message there was a fire ban. Which I thought was odd . As it rained all 3 days but it could have just been information not updated over the summer. Mangager clarified .overall great house.

Great location, great house

The location is awesome and the house is super fun. Equipped with lots of stuff and plenty of space to accommodate everyone. The basement room is a little off putting and removed from everyone. Feels a little bit like a cold dungeon. But other than that the house in general was nice and big. The only negative is that the house wasn’t the cleanest. The baseboards were covered with thick dust and hair . It’s a pet friendly home, but we are all clean people, even with a pet and so it was less than ideal with cleanliness.

Good location, great view. Very nice open family room/kitchen area. It could definitely use more attention to detail though. There were several annoying things that need fixing. Like a broken socket cover that left the electrical components exposed so we had to move furniture to cover it up so my toddler wouldn’t stick her hand in it. Broken foot paddle on the garbage can which made it an endeavor when you wanted to throw something away. No towels in family room bathroom, wonky keypad entry, large carpet stain in basement that looks like it could have been the scene of a muffler, etc. Probably wouldn’t have mentioned all that if the clothes dryer worked, which it did not. I reached out twice to the manager through the vrbo app about this and heard nothing back either time nor since.

Ocean breeze

We had a great time enjoying the ocean view from the living room, relaxing in the hot tub, and morning coffee from the cafe within walking distance. You have to be ok with stairs, as there are 3 levels. We also had to get our own containers for left overs and ziploc bags. All other amenities were great!

Spacious with fantastic view

Found rental was as advertised. Great location, spacious great room & kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen for our needs. Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset or the tide come in. The chaises in great room were cozy reading places and perfect for naps as well. As with most beach houses there were steps for the three different levels. So, remember that if anyone in your party has difficulty with steps.

Best vacation spot ever!

Meredith Lodging was great to work with! They answered email questions promptly. Check in was easy. They emailed us everything we needed to know, including area attractions. Kitchen was well stocked with any kind of appliance we could ever need! The house was perfect for the 9 of us! Our grandson needs oxygen and they were available for the delivery & pick up of the concentrator. Walk to the beach was easy. An awesome experience!

Incredible ocean view

My family and I stayed for one night although we wish we could've stayed two nights as there was so much house to enjoy! The ocean view is amazing from the house and porch. The hot tub is mostly covered so it's accessible even in bad weather. Beds and couches were comfortable and there was lots of books and games to make our stay enjoyable. There was a few areas of the house that needed cleaned better and dishes that were put away dirty; considering the price we expected more in those areas. Overall it was worthwhile to have a house big enough to accommodate everyone that was there.

Lovely view, beautiful beach

This house layout was nearly perfect for 2 families. The view was incredible and the house was not far from beach access. The neighborhood was cute, quiet and had hardly any traffic. The little coffee shop is cozy and friendly. A bathroom on the bottom floor would have been helpful. There were a few cleanliness issues that were addressed promptly. The bunk beds were in bad shape, as was the coffee table. They were definitely unsafe. Hopefully, they have been replaced.

Nice home, lots of room for big family. Well stocked with kitchen needs. Hot tub quit working due to breaker, but they responded quickly next day. Toilet broke at 7pm so that was a problem. TV's are few, small and only provide streaming, which with poor internet signal was almost nil at times and with stormy, rainy days this was important. A DVR would be nice. Not quite the beach access we expected but not bad.

Amazing views

We had a great time and saw a whale from the living room. Can’t complain! House was great for a large family gathering with kids. Too many stairs for Grandma. Whoever sleeps downstairs has to hike up a floor to the nearest bathroom. Fixtures in bathrooms were cheap for how nice the place is. Walking distance to the beach is awesome. Not enough parking available but you make it work. Dryer was broken and they said they’d come fix it but didn’t, however they were very responsive to bring us extra towels and communicated the dryer issue a day or so in advance of our check-in. Overall a highly recommend from us. We had a great time.
