Good Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and in a great location. The only complaints are that the theater room needs updated as you only get a dvd player to stream stuff and when you try to stream netflix it buffers constantly making it unusable.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 14. Apr. 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin’s cleanliness and great location. We appreciate you bringing the theater room experience to our attention, and we apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with streaming. This is valuable feedback, and we will be reviewing options to improve the setup for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Was not the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Moonshiners View!......The driveway was dangerous. You could not see as you pulled into the drive before you go down the steep hill. Then the space given to turn around was ridiculous. As you turn around in the tiny space you have numerous things around as well to make sure you don't hit like the wooden fence, trash bin, and boulders along the hill. Oh not to forget you have a drop to walk down to get to the front door. I almost fell down. Could imagine an elderly person or child falling down it! We have stayed at others and this is the first one we were not pleased with.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 11. Aug. 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the driveway, turnaround area, and entry to the cabin caused concerns during your stay. We understand how challenging steep mountain access can be, and we especially appreciate you pointing out the safety concerns near the front entrance. Your comments have been shared with our management and maintenance teams for review. We appreciate you choosing Elk Springs Resort and sure hope we have the opportunity to provide a more enjoyable stay in the future.
