Loved the cabin! Close to everything in both Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge. Saw a few bears right outside the cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property manager was super communicative and both the check in and check out process was super smooth. We had a bear flip our trash cans and made a mess. We called it in and they sent someone to clean it up within 20 minutes! The pool table was a fun activity at the end of our day exploring the area. Highly recommend! We will be back to Elk Springs when we return to the area! Only recommendation would be a bigger newer tv in the downstairs bedroom, other than that…perfect!

Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice overall-however there were a lot of cobwebs on the beams over the beds which made us uncomfortable. There were also a lot of cobwebs around the outside bannisters which prohibited us from leaning on them-overall all the cabins need a good spraying down on the outside as my family had a total of 5 cabins.Refrigerator took an entire day to actually get cold. The overall cabin was clean-we saw a couple of bears on the property which was scary so that sort of ruined our day. Probably will not be returning in the future.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 9. Juli 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear the cabin was clean overall, but we are sincerely sorry that the cobwebs, refrigerator performance, and wildlife encounters impacted your stay. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will share them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for review. While bear sightings are a natural part of the Smoky Mountains, we understand they can be unsettling. Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly hope to have a better opportunity to serve you.
