The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, dedicated workspace with printer, and a flat-screen TV for added convenience. Guest accommodations include one bedroom with two full beds, one with a queen bed, and another with two twin beds, making the home versatile for families, couples, or groups of up to ten. Each room is finished with remote-controlled ceiling fans, charging stations, and warm Arizona-inspired décor.

Getting Around:
This location makes getting around a breeze. You’re just minutes from major roads like the Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard, offering quick access to all parts of Scottsdale and Phoenix. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences are close by, and the neighborhood is easily serviced by Uber and Lyft. Other Things to Note:
The private pool is heated complimentarily, with no additional charge. Please note that pool temperatures may fluctuate depending on outdoor conditions, particularly during colder months. While the pool typically warms during the day, it may cool overnight due to natural desert temperatures.

All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.

A zero-tolerance party and event policy is strictly enforced. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal of the listing from hosting platforms. Guests are asked to respect neighborhood peace at all times.

For safety, the property is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera at the front entry, used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. Additional exterior cameras monitor side yard access points for security.

A Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system is also in place to help maintain respectful noise levels. The device measures decibel levels only—it does not record conversations or sounds.

Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied.

This property complies with City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please coordinate any changes in advance.
