Guest will have access to the entire home, bedrooms, baths, kitchen, laundry/game room, gas grill smoker, pool, lounge chairs, etc. There is no access to the garage.

The owner has set up this vacation home as a personal seasonal home, so you have all the comforts you could ask for in your residence. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and more. The dining room has a large table that seats 8 and French doors leading to the screened patio and pool area with additional seating for al fresco dining. The backyard is private and completely fenced and has an outdoor gas grill and smoker, perfect for backyard barbeques. The pool is heated and can be used year-round **Pool heat begins after November 15th, if heat is requested before that time there is a $20/day charge for pool heat**.

The house is set up with a split bedroom floorplan, and the master suite has a private bath and French doors that lead to the screened patio and pool area. Maintaining tile flooring throughout the home with rugs in strategic places is easy. The large laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer and doubles as a game room with a dart board combination air hockey/pool table. This home will accommodate a family with small children. There is a crib, a high chair available for use, and a bathtub in the hall bath. It is a very comfortable place to stay in a quiet residential location centrally located to all the amenities you could want on your vacation!
