Unsere neu renovierten drei (3) Schlafzimmer Townhome, drei (3) Badezimmer (mit 2 Badezimmer mit WC und ein Erdgeschoss Pulver-Zimmer), das zweistöckige Villa an der prestigeträchtigen Gemeinschaft von Terra Verde liegt vielleicht genau das, was Sie suchen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und angenehm für die Augen.

Terra Verde Resort ist eines der am besten gelegenen Ferienhaus Gemeinden, nur 10 Minuten vom Walt Disney World und nur 5 Minuten von der Wallmart Super Center. Die Villa liegt günstig in der Nähe gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entlang US192.

Snowbirds Rest ist in der Gated Community Resort von Terra Verde, etwa 10 Minuten östlich von Disney World und 25 Minuten westlich von Orlando International Airport entfernt.

Hier finden Sie einen gemütlichen Rückzugsort, wie Sie nach einem langen Tag in Disney World entspannen. Sehen Sie die neuesten DVD-Filme auf einem riesigen 46 "1080p LCD-Flachbildfernseher. Property was exactly as the description said, and the pictures were very accurate. Love the Terre Verde resort complex and felt very safe. We enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back!

Perfect 10/10!

Loved this property and resort. Everyone was nice and personable. The owner and manager were more responsive than I could imagine. I asked to stay another night at the last minute. I added on guests at the last minute and Winnie responded immediately with each change. The property is clean and spacious. We went to the tiki bar several nights. We fished in the pond daily and met neighbors. This may be a repeat for us in the future! Thank you Winnie!

Friendly Place

Very good location, close to restaurants, shopping, and a quick drive from all amusement parks! We had a good stay at Winnie’s home away from home in Terra Verde. The townhouse is in a very peaceful, well cared for gated development, with all amenities needed for just a few nights or an extended stay. We have stayed in many communities close to Orlando in the past, so we were hoping for the same quality as before. We were not disappointed! The house was clean, and the kitchen was equipped in everything you need, whether you plan to prepare your meals in the house or just grab a quick breakfast and eat out for the rest of the day. The only two items that we needed to grab from Walmart were coffee filters and paper towels as these were not provided. There is a lovely view on the small lake in the middle of the community, where you can see walkers and runners get their morning exercise. It was a pleasure to come back after a full day of Disney park activities to this quiet home, and relax. It was a lovely stay. Thank you, Winnie!

Great place, nice condo, need maintenance

The house is very confortable and it was great to have the lake right in front of us. The pool at the common area is also great. Unfortunatelly the hot tub was not working and we just found out when we were at the house and trying to use it. Also it was not fixed during our 1 month stay, we missed it a lot. I would like to be noticed about it before my arrival and also, it would be better if it was fixed before my arrival. I chose the house also because of the tub outside, for the kids to play. And there was no cost reduction because of it. The barbecue grill was left dirty for us, so we didn't use it as well. There were some roachies appearing at the house during our stay, even after a new fumigation of the place. Not a lot of roachies, but some here and there. The house needs some maintenance work. There is a big walmart 4 min away from the house.

We are happy to have accommodated you and your family during your recent stay in Orlando. When I initially chatted with you about the house, I asked if you needed the hot tub heating and you had indicated "no". In most circumstances, guests do not use the HOT tub without the heat on. Unfortunately, with time the entire unit broke down and after having had it looked at, we were notified that the entire unit needed to be replaced. Since my understanding was that you were not interested in the hot tub heat hence usage of the hot tub, we did not want to bother you during your long-term stay with repairs taking place while you were there. The repairs would have involved demolishing the entire unit plus the concrete base, rebuilding the base, repiping and installing a new hot tub unit so we felt the mess, noise and disruption would have been too much while we had guests at the home. BBQ gill: our property managers are onsite within the Terra Verde resort and would have been happy to assist with a dirty BBQ grill however they were not aware that it was dirty and not suitable for you to use. Perhaps the issue(s) noted above were due to misunderstandings and for that we apologize. Critters: there had been a lot of rain just prior to your arrival and unfortunately the roaches ended up finding their way into the home despite our attempts to fumigate. We find that a few critters do end up in the homes inevitably especially after each month's pest control attempts and/or rainstorms. We do our best to keep the home free of pests but unfortunately, they find their way in despite our best efforts. Sincerely Winnie C - Snowbirds Rest @ Terra Verde

Excellent location

This is the second time We have stayed at the Terra verde resort and I find it an excellent location as we hire a car. Close to Walmart and domino’s etc. about a 15min drive to Disney and 20min for universal. It’s a good base for coca beach and clear water. The resort itself is very nice and has gated security for extra peace of mind. We have been to Florida 6 times and this is the only resort we go to now.

Florida Fun

My family and I rented Winnie's home over Christmas break 2021. We had 3 adults and 3 children with us. The community was gated and very nice. It was a convenient location to shops, food and Disney. It is about a 20 minute ride to Disney with traffic. We visited Universal and Seaworld as well which was a little bit further of a drive as stated on the property website. Winnie communicated well with us prior to check in and that was seamless. The property itself is a good value for a bigger family who would need to book multiple hotel rooms as accommodations. The clubhouse was nice with a large pool and many amenities. We enjoyed our stay at the property. I would give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Lovely time and beautiful location

My family and I have stayed at Terra Verde for many years. We have also stayed at the 4709 Vera Beach location. It was nice to return to what feels now like our summer vacation place. There is something always very peaceful and comforting about Terra Verde that feels like paradise. Especially when the ducks follow you home.

Great location!

We were fortunate enough to stay in the property for 5 weeks this summer. The location is excellent, with easy access to the I4, 192 and 535. Its position makes it ideal if you're looking to head to Disney, or Universal. The Hot Tub is huge and could comfortably accommodate 6 people. We would definitely stay again, if we visit the area in future.

House is ok, but I am not sure if it is worth the amount we have paid

Pros: communication with the owner is fast; house is clean; localization is good; condominium is nice; there are air conditioner; internet and dry / wash machines (everything working); kitchen utensils were useful; checking and checkout process were fast and efficient. Cons: there is a trick on the site - after booking the house, we realized that final price was not real and they added clean fee and asked for additional amount in order for us to use the tub; cleaning material was never provided and we had to go to supermarket and buy everything, mattress of all beds were not good. Summarizing: this house was one of 3 (three) options we have selected. We have decided to rent this one because of lower price. However, after been fooled by hidden information during booking process, we realize that we have paid too much, and we would have been able to rent a better house with nice pool.

All details regarding the cleaning fee and hot tub/heating are clearly posted on the listing. These vacation rental homes are not like hotels where they provide daily supplies. It is the guests' responsibility to bring items with them and if necessary, purchase them from nearby stores. All this information is clearly stated in our Rental Terms & Conditions which all guests agree to and sign off on at the time of booking...

Très bon séjour à la résidence Terra Verde de Kissimee

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison de la résidence Terra Verde ! Tout était conforme aux photos et aux explications des propriétaires. Un classeur d'instructions très détaillé (pour toutes les questions que nous aurions pu avoir) nous attendait à notre arrivée dans une maison bien propre et bien fraîche grâce à la climatisation. La serrure est à code ce qui facilite l'arrivée et le départ. Il y a un lave-linge ultra-rapide ainsi qu'un sèche-linge : en une heure (même pas), une lessive est lavée et séchée. Ceci est très pratique. L'eau de la piscine de la résidence est très chaude ! On se rend à la piscine à pied en longeant le plan d'eau. Ce n'est vraiment pas loin (même pas 5 minutes). Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par les moustiques malgré le plan d'eau. Nous avons été à Universal Studio et à Sea World un autre jour ; les deux parcs sont à une petite 1/2 heure en voiture. Nous avons eu une petite préférence pour Sea World, mais les deux sont sympas ... si l'on excepte les files d'attente pour les attractions surtout à Universal (l'horreur !). Le personnel de la résidence est très gentil. On reçoit un badge pour pouvoir entrer en voiture à l'arrivée en échange de 10 dollars. Les 10 dollars sont restitués le jour du départ en échange du badge, bien sûr. La salle de sport climatisée donne sur la piscine. Bref, nous on a aimé le séjour à Terra Verde !!!

7 day getaway

Condo was what I expected after reading guest reviews. Good location and neighborhood. 24 hour gated community. Condo was decent size. Bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. Kitchen cookware needs to be updated. The minimal pots and pans for use were old and need replacing. Full size refrigerator and kitchen came in handy. Hot tub was a nice addition along with the community pool. Only major concern was not being able to check in the first day due to housekeeping issues. Had to book a hotel for the night. Overall good experience for the price.

Again, we apologize for not being able to accommodate you on the first night you requested but we did refund the one night's stay plus agreed to include the hot tub/heat option for you (which is normally an additional fee) to compensate for the inconvenience. Great Resort and nice home

We enjoyed very much Terra Verde resort during our vacation. Location is perfect for the visits for the amusement parks, shopping in outlets or malls, close to the restaurants and so on. We stayed at Winnie's 3 bedroom town home for almost 5 weeks and had everything we needed there. Thank you! Sanna

wonderful spot in perfect location

My daughter and I spent one week in this lovely townhome and loved it. It was perfect. From the moment we arrived at the gate the staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. Winnie was also wonderful to deal with, so helpful and quick to respond to answers to all questions. The home was spotless and had more than everything we needed. The whirlpool was a welcome spot to relax after a busy day, as was the heated pool...it is a beautiful spot. The ambiance was lovely with the walking path around the lake. All in all we had an amazing stay and would love to stay at Winnie's home away from home again. The location was perfect for our first visit to Florida - close to Disney, Seaworld, etc..and great local restaurants, as well as 10minutes from a very large Walmart for groceries, etc... It really was a perfect spot overall..thanks again...

Dream Come True

My family and I spent two months on this property in Terra Verde Resort, and I can assure you that was the best vacation I've ever had in my life. We love the house, everything was like in the pictures. The house had a very good clean, the resort is very good, with heated pool, fitness center, walking path around the lake is beautiful, courts volleyball and basketball, and also all employees were very polite and that pleased us all the time. When I needed some repairs on the house, Winnie was always very helpful and solved everything with speed and quality. We enjoyed the hot tub and barbecue. Recommend this property and when we come back to Orlando, we'll be in this house again. Thank you Winnie for your attention and help
