Zwei der vier Schlafzimmer haben Wand montiert Flachbild-Fernseher, und alle Zimmer verfügen über 32 "moderne Flachbild-Fernseher. Das luxuriöse Villa verfügt über alles, was Sie brauchen, um die Florida Lifestyle-Erlebnis. Diese Villa wurde vor kurzem Mai 2015 mit allen modernen Eigenschaften einer zusammen mit einem privaten Pool, der ein Naturschutzgebiet, das viel Sonne und Privatsphäre bekommt Gesichter erwartet von einer Qualität von Villa renoviert. Unsere Villa hat Möbel, Bereich Teppich, Lampen, Wandkunst & Dekorationen aufgerüstet und keine Kosten wurden gescheut, um Luxus auf höchstem Niveau bieten. Die Küchenschränke und Zähler sind alle mit neuen größer Absenkautomatik Zimt farbigen Schränke & Schubladen und Granit in ganz ersetzt. Eine neue Wand im Speisesaal montiert Fernsehen, wurden alle neuen Fernbedienung Deckenventilatoren mit Lichtern in allen Schlafzimmern installiert. Diese Villa liegt in der schönen Terra Verde Resort über die Straße von der Clubhaus direkt. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort zu mieten!

Great House & Location

I really enjoyed my stay here, my family and I traveled to Orlando to spend Christmas and this was our temporary home. It was great, accommodating and comfortable. Would definitely try to book this house again in the future.

Kevin the property owner was excellent to deal with. Very quick responding with all details needed. The house was very nice and comfortable during our vacation stay. We would definitely recommend and would rent again in the future.

Highly Recommend

Our stay was perfect! Everything was super clean, well furnished and decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again in the future. The pool heat was perfect and the kids had a wonderful time playing basketball, and swimming at the community pool/hot tub. Great place!

My wife Darlene and our daughter Dariya and myself Kevin are New Yorkers and now live in Florida! We decided to purchase here to be closer when visiting our daughter/son in law and grandchildren who live nearby and moved down to Florida from NY as well. We have been going to various areas and locales of Florida for the last 20 years. Terra Verde just feels more like home away from home for us. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating, the resort feels comfortable and easy.

The unique benefit of our community is the fact that the larger town home/Villas come with their own private 11' x 22' heated swimming pools, this allows you to make a choice between staying in the home or going to the larger community pool and meeting other travelers and owners alike. It is also very central to all popular restaurants, attractions, water parks and malls and shopping venues, theaters, fine dining and all types of restaurants. You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available.
