Wir sind nur 15 Autominuten vom glücklichsten Ort der Welt entfernt - Disney World! Innerhalb eines Radius von 8 km stehen Ihnen zahlreiche Restaurants zur Auswahl. Für die Shopaholics ist unser Stadthaus nur 10 Autominuten von den Premier Premium Outlets, den neuen Disney Springs und mehreren anderen Einzelhandelsgeschäften entfernt. Das Resort bietet einen schönen Gemeinschaftspool und Whirlpool, ein Fitnesscenter, eine Tiki-Bar, einen wöchentlichen Filmabend, einen Basketballplatz, einen Volleyballplatz und vieles mehr. Family Vacation

My family came to Florda because my special needs daughter had a competition at Worlds. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable; we all slept well after a busy day. We also loved the gated community pool and snack bar. We spent may nights at the pool and enjoyed drinks.

Very Nice Stay!

Great Stay

This home is great place to stay. The Terre Verde complex is safe and convenient with lots of amenities. Ann is a great host. She provides excellent communication, and is very accommodating. Highly recommended !!

Beautiful property, clean and comfortable!!

This property was exactly what we were hoping for during our recent stay in Orlando. Great central location, close to all the theme parks and attractions, the property was clean and well maintained. Loved this home!

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome home! Flew 3000 miles to come and it was a nice, spacious home to relax in between theme park visits. Loved the enclosed pool and the lake! The owner communicated with us if things came up- she always responded and was very friendly. We will definitely book again if we come back to Orlando!

Absolutely Perfect

Myself and my family just spent 4 weeks here, the house was beautiful, so comfortable, clean and in one of nicest locations in the resort. The pool was amazing and Ann was so lovely to deal with. We would definitely, recommend this property to anyone and we would definitely stay here again!

Adult Disney Trip

We enjoyed staying here. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Kitchen was well appointed and instructions were clear. Convenient to all Disney parks. Pool was a nice perk even though it was a little too cold to get in this time of year.

Great location, close to everything we needed.

Easy checking in and out with gate and security, can text about deliveries which is nice. Everything was clean and organized, beds were not too comfortable. I could hear the springs moving when my husband would get up and down. Other than that we loved it! Thanks!

An absolute gem. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, and lots of space which was perfect for my family size . The resort amenities were superb, we felt safe, and it was coinvent to all of the attractions. We would definitely, recommend this property to anyone who are coming to the area, as well we would stay here again, and again!

Great location .

The property was a great proximity to the club house on the resort and the resort facilities were excellent. The resort is a good location for shopping,restaurants and theme parks, car recommended. The property was a good size and comfortable for our party of 5 adults .It was clean and pretty well equipped and the beds were very comfortable also the towels were the best we have ever had in a rental accommodation.

Amazing holiday in beautiful villa in great location

This is are 1st time visiting Terra Verde we were peasantly surprised at the open lay out of the complex. The property we stayed in was well finished with all necessary items readily available. The property was light and airy with 4 well appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property had a Good size pool which we enjoyed. A perfect location for Disney as well as restaurants and shopping outlets in the US 192 area. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again.

Great Location & Plenty of Space

My family and in-laws had a great time at this place plenty of space in the Townhouse for the 6 of us. In addition to swimming the complex has plenty of additional activities to entertain everyone. Private pool at the townhouse was a great feature that worked great for our group. Only item that was unclear in advance of our stay was regarding the private pool costing extra to have the heater turned on for our stay.

We Love the house just didnt want to leave!

Amazing place

This villa is located in Terra Verde Resort and within 15 minutes to half hour from all major Disney and Universal attractions. 24 hr monitored entrance and very safe for a family getaway. We were just here to sleep and enjoy fresh home cooked food upon returning from Disney parks. It was a memorable stay. This villa has private swimming pool to relax from long day of walk in parks. There is also a club house which is part of this villa community, where you can enjoy larger public swimming pool and many other activity including fitness center. The owner of this villa was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this villa to anyone.

Family fun

We Just got out of the property heading home and I already miss it. The house was very clean and quiet, we had options from the resort pool or the house pool, both were great. I recommend this property and definitely would love to come back.

This townhouse was very nice. I would recommend it for your stay away from home.

Our townhouse was well appointed. Just a couple of little things. Please advise people to bring, salt and pepper, spices if needed, dish soap and dishwasher soap, toilet paper and Kleenex. Otherwise everything was lovely.
