This bright 3-bedroom condo sleeps up to 8 guests just one block from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue and steps from the Caribbean Sea. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of the resort-style pool and a private balcony where you can sip morning coffee overlooking the water, it's the kind of space where groups and families spread out, relax, and feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Three bedrooms give everyone their own space: the master suite opens onto the balcony with a king bed and pool views, the second bedroom offers a queen, and the third has twin beds—great for kids or friends. Three full bathrooms mean no morning lineup, and each comes stocked with shampoo and body wash so you can pack a little lighter.

Covered parking for two cars is included, and complimentary drinking water is waiting when you arrive. A grocery store is a 10-minute walk, and beach towels are provided—just remember to use the white towels at the pool and save the striped ones for the sand. The elevator serves the building, though it may be affected during city power outages. Airport transfers and mid-stay cleaning are available for an extra fee if you'd like to arrange them in advance.

Getting Around:
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware where you park as you may be in a metered parking spot. In which case you'll need need to search for the meter to pay for your parking. The meters are in effect from Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 10 pm, except for official holidays.There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally-located you won’t really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.
The condo is about 55.5 km/34.5 miles or about a 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help!
