Most beautiful property!

We visited at the end of Feb with family (6 adults + 5 kids) and we couldn't have dreamt of a more gorgeous rental property! The kids LOVED exploring and were outside the majority of the trip and others in our group enjoyed fishing on the river and even caught a few trout. The hot tub and fire pit were both favorite nightly activities! The house was fully stocked and very clean. Its very close to town, but no neighbor nearby. It is near a main road, so there was some road noise, but it was very minimal. Most unique property we have ever stayed at!

Great stay at Yellowstone Riverside

This house was a perfect setup for our 2 families to enjoy an early winter getaway. Perfectly located just outside of downtown Pagosa Springs, we had easy access to the hot springs (5 mins) and Wolf Creek (30 mins). The 4 bedrooms offered lots of comfort for 2 sets of parents and 4 teenagers. The living rooms and adjoining dining room was a great central relaxing area. The huge kitchen provided everything we needed to make a few home cooked meals and huge refrigerator for leftovers from the local pizza joint. The property outside was a peaceful backdrop along side the river. The relaxing hot tub was a fantastic finish to the evening.

Perfect spot for our group

Great family spot!

We stayed at Yellowstone for several nights during spring break. (Grandparents, 2 daughters/spouses and 4kids). This house sits on several acres on the river. There was plenty of room for the kids to run and explore. They absolutely loved it! We built a fire most evenings and made s’mores, and cooked burgers and hot dogs on the grill. The house is set up with all 4 bedrooms upstairs, with the open loft area in the middle. (Ceiling fans in every room amd also lots of tower fans if needed) There are 2 full baths upstairs and 1 half bath down. The family room downstairs was big enough for us all to hang out and play games in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. It’s not a new house, but it’s clean and well furnished. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a family vacation spot. Your kids will love it!

Amazing space for girls trip

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is stunning and being right on the river was so peaceful. The house is great host for a girls weekend as we celebrated my 40th birthday.

Great Accommodations

We loved staying at the Yellowstone Riverside cabin. Great location close to town, but tucked away so it was very peaceful and private. We spent most of the time enjoying the patio and outdoors, but the interior of the cabin is fantastic as well. We hope to be back soon!
