Dieses Haus mit 3600 - 4000 SF Bergblick bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines guten Wohnens. Von der hohen Decke aus, mit handgehauenen Baumstämmen, Granitplatten und Erlenholz, mit Hartholz- und Schieferböden, bietet dieses Haus eine Aussicht, für die man sterben kann. Das Haupt- und Gästezimmer verfügen über Queensize-Betten, ein eigenes Bad und einen HD-Fernseher. Das Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (eines mit Queensize-Bett, Rabatte (100 - 200 US-Dollar)), die für Buchungen ab 6 Tagen verfügbar sind. Wenn Sie nur die 4 ursprünglichen Schlafzimmer nutzen möchten, ist der Preis 50 US-Dollar / Nacht günstiger.

Das andere hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Doppelbett auf der Unterseite und einem zusätzlichen Doppelbett im Zimmer. Das Theater hat ein Königin 'Murphy Bett' mit eigenem Bad. Es gibt jetzt auch ein Babybett im Gästezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Wir haben gerade die Garage in zwei weitere Schlafzimmer umgebaut (2016) (Queen und ein weiteres Etagenbett - doppelt unten und ein Zwilling oben). Eine neue Garage muss bis zum nächsten Jahr warten! Fügen Sie $ 50 / Nacht hinzu, wenn Sie die zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer nutzen möchten (alle 6)

Die komplett ausgestattete Gourmetküche, die Kamine im Wohnzimmer und im Hauptschlafzimmer, das Loft mit Billardtisch, der Tischfußball und der erstklassige Theaterraum mit Ledersesseln für 12 Personen mit einem 110-Zoll-HD-Bildschirm (Blue Ray) sorgen für Unterhaltung DVD- und THX-Surround-Stereoanlage im gesamten Gebäude. Wir haben einen Whirlpool für 6-7 Personen auf dem Deck und neue größere HD-Fernseher im MB- und Gast-BR hinzugefügt. Wandern ist überall!

Fahren Sie Ski am Wolf Creek (die meisten Schneefälle in CO) oder fischen Sie Forellen auf der anderen Straßenseite im San Juan River! Sie müssen dieses Resort niemals verlassen.

Please add a tablespoon of "shock" to the jacuzzi at the end of a day's use. Turn off the grill propane at the tank not just at the dials when done.

Large Home With Everything You Need for a Fun Vacation

This home was impressive in size and amenities. We had a girls weekend getaway with about 12 women there each night. We all came over from Durango. The house was very comfortable for us to fit everyone sleeping and sitting at the table and in the living room. The house had a lot of fun amenities, great western mountain decor, and it was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils, lots of towels and blankets were also available. I contacted the property manager at check-in and check-out and she answered right away. I never had issues during the stay that I needed assistance with. Our group will be booking again for next year. Great house and Pagosa Springs is a wonderful Colorado town even for those of us who are already blessed to live in Colorado.

This was our second time staying here and the house and location can’t be beat.The views from the back porch a re breathtaking. We had a few issues which is to be expected when you have a rental property but the manger of the property was on top and took care of the property right away. The owner of the house even texted us too let us know we could have an earlier than anticipated check in.Highly recommended staying here and will definitely return

Excellent place!

We enjoyed staying here. It was about 20 to 25 minutes to the slope and only 10 to 15 minutes to town. Everyone loved the theatre room and all the extra room we had. The view of the mountains is beautiful and the hot tub was awesome. We were able to enjoy meals together at the long table and had the game table in the living room for puzzle's and games. Thanks for sharing your home!

The space was amazing and it fulfilled all our needs/wants. It could use some TLC but we were pleased overall. The owner was very quick to answer questions and accommodating to requests. We will consider the property again the next time visit the area.

Beautiful Home- Perfect Proximity to Wolf Creek!

We stayed with our group of 12 in this home and it was the perfect amount of space to accommodate us all! The house is older and does have some issues, such as doors on first level not closing completely, maybe from shifting? All the amenities more than made up for small issues that need attention in this house. The hot tub on the deck with the beautiful view was amazing! We also enjoyed the theater room and pool table!

We had a group of 8 ready for a ski week at wolf creek. The house had more than enough space amenities for 10. We enjoyed the games, the theater and the living space to spend quality time together! We hope to be back to the area soon and back to this house!

Cozy Mountain House

This was a very comfortable cozy mountain house. Wonderful views and easy drive to Wolf Creek. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Pagosa Springs home

We had contacted Jack a few days before we left Texas to ensure how to access the Pagosa Springs home. Upon arrival we were so excited to see the home was exactly as it had been described on VRBO. Everything was as it was stated in the listing. The location of the home was excellent and the neighborhood was very nice. Due to age ranges of our family the media room was the biggest hit with the younger individuals watching movies sports and playing games. The home was clean and everything worked as it should have. The only recommendation that we have for us but will not for every guest is baby gates would have been nice, however it wasn’t something that we couldn’t take care of ourselves . I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a lifetime of memories to be made and would not hesitate booking this home again. Jack was available at any time however I did not have to communicate with him during our stay because everything was just as expected.

Good Stay

The house and neighborhood is beautiful but the cell service is horrible. The WiFi never worked the whole weekend. I never received information on how to enter the property and had to call the management company to get in. The pictures from the posting are old and there aren’t any bunk beds. The two kids room have a queen bed and twin bed only. The house has a great game and movie room That kept the kids entertained.

Beautiful Scenery, Good For Groups, But Lacking A Few Things

This house fit our group of 12 nicely. It offered a lot of places to sit and hang out comfortably. Note, the house is showing a lot of wear and tear in person that you don’t see on the pictures. For example, kitchen cabinets are broken, not all the burners on the stove work, the shower heads are terrible. Little things like light bulbs being out in multiple places (the replacement cabinet not stocked), & only 1 small worn-out hot pad in the kitchen did not ruin our stay by any means, but it shows a lack of oversight & attention to detail. The coffee pot was broken and the propane for the grill went out our first day, but the property manager came to our rescue on both accounts. Overall I would recommend this place, but it definitely needs some maintenance or it’s just going to go down hill fast. I put 3 stars for cleanliness, because sheets and towels were all clean, but the upstairs shower had a lot of noticeable hair in the drain & dirty tiles, the kitchen tv above the fridge and refrigerator are completely caked with grease & dirt. If you’re short you probably can’t tell, but tall people can notice it. Overall, we would stay here again if there wasn’t anything else for our large group. If they work on these maintenance and cleaning issues I’d return in a heart beat. location of the home is perfect, the deck lovely, & we enjoyed the surrounding nature. I want to 10000% love this place, but I only did 80%. If these issues don’t bother you, give it a go, you’ll love it!

Our family consists of seven children and 11 grandchildren aged 2-18 and Colorado has been a welcome retreat for us all to get out of Arizona heat in the summer or host family ski trips in the winter. Our large extended family (in-laws and cousins) have been meeting in Pagosa Springs for over twenty years to ski in the winter and fish/raft/kayak in the spring. We loved Pagosa Springs so much that we decided to build this log home to accommodate guests of all ages. We always look forward to new adventures when we get together and hope you enjoy our family retreat as much as we do!

Dependable snowfall, and early season openings. Fantastic whitewater rafting and kayaking in the spring. Thousands of acres of wilderness areas abutting the neighborhood with abundant wildlife. Relaxing retreat with a slower paced lifestyle.

Peace and quiet - a focus on family and having fun together - the sheer beauty of the country from the decks almost demands introspection as well as stimulating a desire to hike to take in all of the natural beauty of this wonderful area. With our new conversion of the large double garage into two more bedrooms, we have 6 bedrooms to accommodate one or two families.
