Comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; sleeps up to 4. This sunny corner unit is

located in Phase 2 of the Summit in the Ansel Adams building an walking

distance to the Eagle Lodge. Enjoy a full kitchen, Flat Screen TV, DVD, WiFi,

stereo and wood stove. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen

TV and the living room has a sofa sleeper. The complex offers underground

parking (garage clearance 7' 0"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR

MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL AND A PAINTING PROJECT ON THE OUTSIDE OF THIS

COMPLEX BUILDING) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, and a pool

(summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet

friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes

with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come,

first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking

passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.

Convenient spot!

We had a great weekend staying here, it's super convenient to Eagle Lodge! Unit was clean and comfortable. Love staying with Mammoth rentals, they are always so helpful.

Great snowy weekend

We had everything we need and managed to get out before being snowed in! Comfortable, warm, parking was covered, which was great. Only complaint was the onsite hot tub didn't feel warm enough to get in. But we used the included visitor's pass to Snow Creek and enjoyed that.

Very convenient to Eagle Lodge

Pluses:- Nice parking space in the garage under the building.- Short walk to Eagle Lodge. - Well stocked with most everything you would need (except cooking or baking supplies)Minuses:- The condo doesn't even supply salt and pepper. That is unacceptable. Do not expect ANY cooking or baking supplies at this place.- The bed is very squeaky on one side. That needs to be remedied. - The hide-a-bed is not comfortable. It is only suitable for small children. - The glass shower door allows a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor. I had to dry the floor after every use. A plastic strip should be installed to prevent this. -

The condo is very conveniently located near Eagle Lodge, just one bus stop away or a short walk. It is appointed with everything you need to cook meals and comfortably enjoy your stay.

Well Equipped Condo

The one bedroom condos at The Summit are very nice and spacious. The Ansel Adams building is very well maintained but it is the farthest from Eagle so it was a longer walk than we had hoped. The kitchen in the unit had everything we needed, but at first we couldn';t locate the dishes as they were in the cupboards on the outside of the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and soft. My only suggestion would be to tile the entryway as the door rubs on the carpet when opened and closed.
