B.E.A.C.H Hideaway is a five-bedroom two-bathroom plus rumpus Mt Maunganui holiday home which is situated in the heart of the Mount. Between the Mall/inlet, the beach, the Mount Shops, and Mount Mauao! This recently renovated, modern, and spacious home is an ideal option for family groups and couples, with Wi-Fi and well-appointed living!
We invite families and mature couples only to book. No groups of young people.
We are a 3 min walk from the Mount shops, the Mount, the beach and the Mall.
This two-storey spacious Mt Maunganui holiday home includes well-presented open-plan living upstairs (with heat pump for air-con or those cooler days) where you can unwind in comfort with ample room for everyone to have their space or enjoy seamless outdoor flow onto the deck and bbq. This is the perfect spot for al fresco dining while you soak up Mount Maunganui views! The property is fenced at the back property and is located at the end of a right of way, it is quiet and provides parking for up to three standard cars (2 utes). There is parking on the street.
The downstairs rumpus room has a lounge suite and a pool table ensuring a family-friendly set-up or extra space for friends and family to chill lax.
This accommodation set-up.
1. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a king bed (Master), with small balcony.
2. Upstairs: Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
3. Downstairs, Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
4. Downstairs, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.
5. Downstairs, Bedroom 5 has a double bed.
6. **The rumpus room has 2 x single beds (they will only be made up as per the number of people in the booking)
There is a bathroom on each floor.
We can accommodate up to 10 people maximum only.
**Should you have extra people who wish to sleep in the rumpus room, please let us know and we will be able to provide a price.
Whether you are after absolute relaxation or adventure, this is an excellent spot to have as your Mt Maunganui base. Kick back on the deck and watch the world go by or grab some beach toys and stroll over to the white sandy beach for days in the sun and surf. The local cafes and shops are all within walking distance for that morning coffee, or head to Pilot Bay for walks along the harbour or the Mount Hot Pools or take a walk around Mount Mauao.
We provide you with a starter kit that includes 2L milk, salt/pepper, oil, baking paper, tinfoil, paper towels, glad wrap, hand sanitiser, alcoholic wipes, teabags, a packet of plunger coffee and sugar. All bedrooms will be made up of commercially laundered sheets, pillowcases, and duvets. One bath towel is provided for each person. Hand towels/bathmats are left in each of the bathrooms, along with hand soap and shower soap. All of this is included in the accommodation charge. Excludes cleaning charges.
Minimum stay: 3 nights. An additional cleaning charge is $150.00, per stay.
Make sure you bring your beach towels and sunscreen!
Extra information to help you have an enjoyable stay:
• Please read the entire listing. Please ensure you accurately reflect the correct number of guests when you book and adhere to house rules. If you try to bring more people without advising us, this will be taken out of your bond. Our accommodation manager may check you in should it be during business hours, otherwise, they will connect with you soon after.
• For registration confirmation, we will require ID, before we release the door code to the person who booked the accommodation via Facetime/text.
• The house is located at the end of a shared driveway with parking in front and to the side of the house for up to 3 cars (2 x utes). The property is fenced, except for the shared driveway. Please do not park in front of 50B Maunganui Road.
• There is a BBQ to cook your favourite delights, please clean it before you leave.
• Bodyboards for you to use – please return them to the cupboard clean, and in the same condition you found them.
• No chewing gum, smoking, or vaping inside the house.
• Sadly due to client allergies, we have a no-pet policy
Lastly, please leave the house as you found it. Any damage to the property will be on-charged, including any additional cleaning and removal of extra rubbish that is left over and above the two wheelie bins provided.
