You're just 50 minutes from Cancún Airport (we can arrange transport for an extra fee!), and once you arrive, everything is walkable - beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all steps away. Rent bikes for the scenic 10th Avenue path, or grab plentiful registered taxis for longer trips.



If driving, downtown has parking meters (10am-10pm, 6-hour max) - pay at the meter box and display your receipt to avoid getting towed. For day trips exploring the Yucatan, catch ADO buses at two convenient stations or hop on budget-friendly colectivos.



But honestly, with this prime location, you might never need to leave the neighborhood!

There's some construction happening across the street (9am-7pm, about 5 more months) - perfect excuse for those rooftop pool days! We stock you with essentials like fresh towels, drinking water, and TP to get started, and can arrange grocery delivery if you'd like to stock up beforehand.



Making Your Stay Smooth:

Self-contained unit (no daily housekeeping, but spotless on arrival), perfect for digital nomads and longer stays! We're here to help arrange weekly cleaning, airport transfers, tours, and anything else to make your vacation amazing. Just reach out before arrival and we'll take care of it.



Simple House Guidelines:

Must be 23+ to book, no smoking/parties (let's keep the neighbors happy!), respect 10pm quiet hours, use the safety box for valuables, and keep pool areas glass-free. For stays 28+ days, electricity is metered at a fair rate. You'll sign a quick rental agreement and there may be a refundable security deposit depending on your booking platform (not ABB).
