The Space:

This bright 675-square-foot, two-bedroom condo sleeps up to five guests in the heart of Playa del Carmen, steps from 5th Avenue and the beach. The rooftop pools with Caribbean views are the reason you'll book—and the reason you'll come back.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The king bedroom and queen bedroom give everyone their own space, while the queen sofa bed in the living area works well for a fifth guest or kids. One full bathroom with a rainfall shower makes it easy to rinse off salt and sand after beach days. Room-darkening shades and central air conditioning keep the space cool and comfortable, even during midday heat.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-concept living area has panoramic windows that flood the space with light, a pullout sofa, and a Smart TV for downtime. The full kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need to prep breakfast or pack a beach picnic. Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to catch up on email or work remotely. There's a safe for valuables, and the building has an elevator and private entrance for easy access. Parking is available off-site for a fee. The location puts you right in the center of the action—5th Avenue's restaurants, bars, and shops are steps away, the beach is across the street, and Playa Mamitas is just two blocks down. Despite being so central, the street itself is quiet, so you can actually sleep at night. Self check-in with a lockbox means you can arrive on your schedule, and the host is known for responding quickly to any questions.

Getting Around:

You're just 50 minutes from Cancún Airport (we can arrange transport for an extra fee!), and once you arrive, everything is walkable - beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all steps away. Rent bikes for the scenic 10th Avenue path, or grab plentiful registered taxis for longer trips.



If driving, downtown has parking meters (10am-10pm, 6-hour max) - pay at the meter box and display your receipt to avoid getting towed. For day trips exploring the Yucatan, catch ADO buses at two convenient stations or hop on budget-friendly colectivos.



But honestly, with this prime location, you might never need to leave the neighborhood!



Other Things to Note:

A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 mxn / kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property, and close all windows and doors when you use it.



Current Updates:

There's some construction happening across the street (9am-7pm, about 5 more months) - perfect excuse for those rooftop pool days! We stock you with essentials like fresh towels, drinking water, and TP to get started, and can arrange grocery delivery if you'd like to stock up beforehand.

Must be 23+ to book, no smoking/parties (let's keep the neighbors happy!), respect 10pm quiet hours, use the safety box for valuables, and keep pool areas glass-free.
