From the moment you walk in the door we want you to feel relaxed and at home. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated lakeside cottage with total privacy with amazing waterviews. Watch the wildlife during the day or the magical sunsets at night regardless of the weather forecast as you can curl up with your favorite book beside the fire or catch up on your favorite tv shows from the comfort of your bed both bedrooms have there own tvs with unlimited wi fi. Also a lovely aromatherapy spa, no harsh chemicals amd plenty of jets to relax and unwind hot in winter or cool off in summer. The property is fully fenced with saftey gates on both sides to the waterfront we have a small fenced open deck and a 25sq metre fully enclosed conservertory sitting on the waterfront. Your fur babies have room to move as it has a good sized yard. Double carport with also parking bays across the road we are a back section with long skinny driveway there is turning around room but can be a little tricky to navigate in larger vehicles. Also equipped with everything you need to pack a picnic and spend the day at the river, even a tarp for the back of your car for the dogs on the way home...also provided is dog shampoo and towels, but if you really want to give your fur baby a treat I can highly recommend a groomer in Mandurah so you could drop you pooch off for a pamper whilst your browsing around town.
