Perfectly positioned directly opposite Silver Sands Beach and Henson Reserve, and walking distance to Mandurah Marina, Foreshore and Dolphin Quay, this light-filled, two-storey coastal home is ideal for families, couples or groups chasing sun, sand, and a splash of relaxation.
Step outside to enjoy beach strolls, cycling paths, fishing and boating adventures, or simply grab a coffee and donut from the much-loved Sweet Lips van just across the road. For lazy afternoons, watch the ocean from the balcony or snuggle up inside with a board game, book, or make use of fast Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows onto a balcony amongst the peppermint tree, with ocean views, perfect for sipping a morning coffee, sunset wine, or firing up the BBQ (did we mention it's a Star Wars BBQ!). Master bedroom upstairs with king bed, ensuite, walk-in robe, and a private balcony-for-two.
Bedroom 2 (Koala room) downstairs with queen bed, built-in robe and work desk.
Bedroom 3 (Kangaroo room) downstairs with king-single bunks and study nook.
Plus queen sofa bed in the upstairs living room.

Right across the road is Silver Sands beach (with direct access to both dog and no-dog beaches), and Henson Reserve with BBQs, a playground, picnic areas, outdoor showers/toilets, coffee vans (pending weather), beach/groin fishing and the Mandurah shipwreck trail.
Peachy Keen is a split level 80s baby with a cosy, coastal feel and dash of 80s kitsch. While she’s been refreshed, a few features have been lovingly retained, including the kitchen, downstairs bath/laundry and internal atrium.
Quality furniture, linens and all the mod cons make for a comfortable stay.
All rooms have a study desk, nook, or table, and access to free Wi-Fi for all your WFH needs.
THINGS TO NOTE
🛏️ The 3 bedrooms sleep 6 people across a king, queen and king-single bunk beds. There is a sofa bed available in the living room if you require sleeping for 8 people. Please note that this is located in the open living/dining /kitchen area with minimal privacy, and includes a queen spring mattress. Linen is provided though you will need to make the bed up as needed so it can be used as a sofa during the day. Use of the sofa bed will be charged at an additional fee of $30 per person per night.
🏠 The home shares a common wall with the neighbouring property. It’s a sturdy brick and tile construction and we’ve never had any problems, though please respect the neighbours and be mindful of excessive noise.
🚗 The driveway to the garage is shared with the neighbour. Please only use it to access the house, garage and bins.
🧗Please note this is a 2 story, split level house. There are steps up to the front door, and internally to the top and bottle level (with a landing in between).
❄️ The air-conditioning is evaporative cooling to the top level only (master bedroom, kitchen/living/ dining). Pedestal fans are supplied for the downstairs bedrooms.
