E1602 is a two bedroom Extra floor plan that will accommodate up to eight guest with its spacious 1050sq. feet, fully furnished floor plan..

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable, Sofa pulls out to a queen size sleeper, love seat and has an occasional chair, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that will seat four, along with a bar that seats three. The kitchen is fully equipped, has stainless steel appliances, glass top stove, and granite counter-tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and a love seat that is pulls out to be a twin sleeper, sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two full beds , a flat screen TV/cable and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer and tile and hardwood flooring throughout the condo. The balcony has four chairs, a small table and a lounge chair. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the West to view of the water as shown in the pictures.
